Another week and another sunny day.......
Paid this months CC bill, it hurt - definitely will encourage better behaviour for next month.
OP's made to mortgage and the money shuffle completed.
Not much else to report:
-Still sunny
-Still hot
-Still steaming
-Still no news on school places
-Boys are still super noisy
-DH still spends too much at the supermarket
-I still want to be Mortgage Free
Busy busy with work and trying to work out how to fit everything in whilst making sure the boys have some amusement too.0 -

Morning!
A new month already...... time is really flying by.
Just updated signature, down to a smidge over £60k, had hoped to get it starting with a "5" but then that's my punishment for spending too much.
Took the boys to the seaside last week for the day - very nice indeed.
And, good news - the boys got their school places! So very happy and the boys are delighted..... we can relax now for the rest of the holidays and look forward to a new school in September. Hurrah!
Thanks moneycurious, your fingers crossed must have done the trick!!!!0 -

Just popping in to say hi, I am just about organised enough to come back to MSE and start reading other people's threads again.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Hey aj, thanks for popping in, how are you doing?
I've been hopeless recently and haven't managed to keep up with diaries at all. It's been a headache balancing school holidays with keeping on top of my work.0 -

I am good thanks, busy with work which is why I have not read any other threads. It should calm down a bit next week.
Moneywise things are brilliant so something unexpected must be about to happen!
How are the purchases going or is GG managing those too? :rotfl:MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Purchases are shocking.... I've given up listing them. As soon as I declare myself cleansed of spending sins, something else comes along..... Ordered the school uniforms yesterday, so another £200 spent. It's just one thing after another. I'm just thankful that we've got the funds to cover it.0
