    Morning

Jojo~~ I wouldn't be returning this guys call either. As for the cat, yep got one of those here, who has just made it quite clear to me I NEEDED to get up and feed him, hence the reason for being here so early.

Froody~~ if you get the chance to go to the Pole then I would be going for it, I think you need 'deep freeze' training before you go! There was something on the local news the other night where Amelia (surname escapes me for now) and her explora father were off to where ever and they are 'living' in one of Icelands (the freezer shop) industrial walk in deep freezers for a few night to get use to the cold.

Any way as I am up at such a daft hour on a Sunday:-
    Cat fed!
    Kitchen sides wiped down
    Floors swept
    Lunch made
Washing up from last night put away
Recycling stuff out in new green bin with its blue lid, not to be mixed up with the green bin with a green lid!!
Off to check on ebay stuff, and see if I won the lottery, some hope!!

Juliejim, is going the lists etc for next week.

    xx

Welcome and good luck with your list for today
Got a few more pressies at the sale too, which means I made about £8 (after the 25% they take ) and spent £12.50!
Local NCT here takes a third. It's free listing this weekend so you have nothing to loose by putting the things left on ebay.

Mudders well done on finding the glitter.

I can't adjust my mornings to the clocks going back so am up early most days at the moment.

    WM emptied
    Washing up put away

A few bits on here then I need to find my list and see how much I can get done today.

Joining in a bit late! Got my first AAT exam tomorrow, and frankly kakking myself. I haven't done an exam for 20 years, thought I'd remember how to revise, but it's taken me a while to figure it out! Anyway, done bare minimum of flying - just done the absolutely ncessary as I've been revising when I can - and it shows! Got my parents coming to stay from Friday as DS is one on Saturday (can't believe it!), so I'll have to catch up in the week - just hoping my back doesn't give out.

Having said all that, I did despatch the children off to MIL yesterday and DH and I tackled RoD aka the dining room. Haven't dined in there since we had to give up the extra bedroom for DS last year! Still have a long way to go to completely declutter it, but we have cleared enough space to have the dining table out to eat and to give me a place to study.

I really need to get eBaying as there's loads of baby/toddler clothes I'd been storing in there to eBay - can't quite just let go of them, feel the need to get some cash for them as raising money for a trip to Disney Paris next year. Although I'm sure to get rid rid of them in one go would be better for my mental health!

    Morning All

I've been up for a while but after loading the WM I decided I was going to chill for a bit with a mag which I almost never do! On parade this morning so I need to go out about 9.20 so that will be the morning taken care of. I'm going to do a HHI in a min as I need to iron my uniform and then clean everyone's shoes.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

Good luck with your exam - I did all mine a few years ago.

It's free listing this weekend so sort the clothes into bundles and put them on.

Oh Dusty! Me too - keep waking up pre 6am even though I'm absolutely exhausted! It's very annoying isn't it?

Can anyone help with some ideas pleas?

They can't go clubbing because most of them aren't 18 yet.....

Hi! I'm in Ripon, we have a club here that does parties for under 18s - my colleague's daughter has just been to one. They get the fun of being in a nightclub without the alcohol! I wonder if there's one in York that does it, or Ripon's only about 45 mins away from central York. I can try to find out some details if you like. PM me if you do as I'm rubbish at keeping up with the thread.

    Hope this helps.:D

    Morning.

Just in case anyone thought I had well and truly flown into a tree or something - no such luck - I'm still fluttering, just made the decision that some extremely large jobs will have to be tackled - so any free time I have I am tending to be up and getting on. The only problem is that focussing on the large tasks, means that some of the dailies are falling by the wayside - but I only seem to have time for one or the other - just hoping that in the long term sorting out the huge tasks will make the weekly chores achievable if you see what I mean.

Meantime, Mr B is doing big building stuff in the largest bedroom - lots of cupboards and shelves going in - albeit that some of the cupboards are a bit smaller that I need - but there's bound to be something that at long last can actually be put away - however, cue lots of sawdust traipsed up and down stairs.

Now, I really shouldn't be here, but my first biggy for the morning was to go back in the garden, and it's currently soggy. For the first time ever I think I will actually have a garden this winter that has been properly put to bed, and the possibility, Mr and Mrs Dog permitting, of having something flowering in the spring. Yesterday saw me destructing a tree - I hinted to Mr B that it was going to have to be done - but he's really too busy with the cupboard building, so I got on and did it myself. Given that he's going to work and coming home in the dark, I'm wondering how long it will be before he notices the massacre - or works out how I actually climbed up high enough to do it - let's just say that I didn't exactly comply with health and safety regulations.

Anyway. Off to feed Mr and Mrs Dog and then onwards and upwards with some dailies, whilst I glare at the weather in the hope it dries up.

Last but not least, many many thanks to Piggers for all your hard work on the thread whilst I've here, and to Toots too, and many grateful thanks to the New FMC for taking this on - the lists continue to challenge me!

Oh, and whoever it was explained how to get the time right on the Forum - THANK YOU - that's been bugging me for ............. oh, as long as I've been here! Thought it was just built that way!!!!!

    Good morning :D

    A little list for toay:
walk the dog (I may do that first, as it is glorious this morning)
    food shopping
cook dinner (mince cooked yesterday, need to assemble lasagne)
prepare 2 forum discussions for uni work (one on ethics, one on learning styles)
prepare paperwork for visit tomorrow of new LO
make sure house is presentable for visit of new LO (well, her Mum really)
invoice for Miss T - and chase last weeks payment

Ok. First things first. Drink tea. Get up & dressed! I think I will study after I have walked the dog :p

Morning all, we all had a fab day at the wedding yesterday. They made a real big fuss of DD she got pressies for being flowergirl and pressies for her birthday. They even brought her up to the front and brought out a b'day cake...:D The kids were a credit to me and Rhys was smitten with a little girl his age, they were holding hands and even having a little kiss. All very cute...:rotfl: My dad even called up when we were away and left me a shed of sticks..:j

The house is the pits today so i think i'll be making a good start today. I've only got my coures and hubbys next week so i will get the house in order...:D

Now for cuppa and i'll go feed the cows, then make a start..:D
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
    :j :j
