loving such a positive tone Taxi, i know what you mean about weight stalling once you start helping out, i did it for over a year a few years ago and found exactly the same problem.

you are so lucky being able to get another dog i can't wait until we can get one but if i'm heading towards some surgery i'd like to wait until that's over before we get one.

Hopefully you're right about going back to work at the taxi's, the job market it really scary at the moment for everyone.

just wanted to top it off by sending ((((hugs)))) and a pat for Tess

We took Tess to the kennels today and her and Ben got on really well, both of them had lots of cuddles and there were no aggression or jealousy issues which were great.I'm absolutely sure that they'll both get on in the house so just have to have the home inspection tomorrow.I'm a little nervous about it but what will be will be.

I've just re-read my post from yesterday and realised that i hadn't put in about my afternoons visit to my GP.He discussed my x rays,scans..blah, blah and I asked about exercise on prescription and he filled in a referral form there and then so that it could be faxed to the appropriate department and am now awaiting contact from them.
I have a pedometer here and will start using it every day and hope to earn 2 activity points per day..those are earned after doing an allocated amount of steps(based on weight).Based on my weight I need to do 3700 steps before starting to earn points. Then I'll do what the exercise referral programme recommends.

Today is DDs payday so I start with a fresh £250 for shopping.I ended the month on £4 and a few coppers so not too bad but will try harder this month.

Go you Taxi, I am joining you on the WW I have lost motivation and need to go back. I completely get your decision on the taxi I am sure that you will be able to make that work and give you and your husband a better joint life. The only part of WW I have consistently done is 10,000 steps a day it definitely helps. Good luck with the dog inspection, all fingers crossed.
