    No taxi you dont.
    You can apply for a discretionary one.
    There are two different forms for applying depending on the route you are using to apply.

    Different county councils have different rules Beanie, here you HAVE to have higher rate mobility (which I unluckily have)
    Must use my stash up!

    just looked again and you can apply without DLA and will have an assessment with occupational health

    No the rules have changed recently & they have to have an assessment type application too.
