its a long shot but would you be able to take Nitol (excuse spelling) they do a herbal one, - might be worth asking pharmacy may be less chance of them intering with what your on.

I got a lavender spray from Avon which I spray across my pillow if I'm struggling to sleep. It's very relaxing even if it doesn't always work and sometimes good rest is as good as sleep.

Can you force yourself to stay away through a whole day to try and reset your body clock? My friend works nights and has to do this every so often0
