    Taxi, I wouldn't stress about sleeping at the right time for now, your body will get you to rest when you need to and routine can be found again later.

    its a long shot but would you be able to take Nitol (excuse spelling) they do a herbal one, - might be worth asking pharmacy may be less chance of them intering with what your on.

    Hope you get your sleep sorted soon, i'm trying not to have as many afternoon naps, - blame it on mediciation, xx

  • I got a lavender spray from Avon which I spray across my pillow if I'm struggling to sleep. It's very relaxing even if it doesn't always work and sometimes good rest is as good as sleep.

    Can you force yourself to stay away through a whole day to try and reset your body clock? My friend works nights and has to do this every so often
