Can you force yourself to stay away through a whole day to try and reset your body clock? My friend works nights and has to do this every so often

It's either that or move to Australia, which seems rather to be a tad of an over-reaction.:p

Ooh, warm .... I like that idea :)

Taxi, in my 30s I got into the habit of napping almost every day - and it was when most of my self employed work needed to be done, it was awful - and I was *well*! I did train myself out of it, but it didn't feel good, and it took ages - I'm very glad I did it tho. How's that going? Must be difficult when you're at home and going out for errands that you determine yourself ...

Oh no!!! I've heard of some of that gastro horror going around - it sounds painful :( so sorry to hear you picked it up, Taxi. Thats the problem living with people - even though they help you so much, you're open to the stuff they pick up outside :(

Hope you can still have the radiotherapy, and that it goes well xxx

Poor you Taxi, as if you haven't got enough to contend with health wise.

I hope it clears up soon and doesn't stop you having the radiotherapy. I wonder if it's the same thing Piq has.
