DD works 40 hours a week in 8 hour shifts ranging anywhere between 6am and 11pm
DH drives the cab from 7am-11am ish comes home has dinner then goes to bed until 4pm and back to work at 5pm

It's always easiest to do housework after 5pm as both are up or out especially upstairs.
I do however tend to do downstairs housework 1st thing in the morning if I can...I'm used to the strange hours in this house as it's been like this for years.

As for sleeping I went to sleep about dinner time and woke at 5pm...I watched the soaps and have just hoovered the whole of upstairs and am going to put a stew in the slow cooker shortly for tomorrows lunch and as I've done a lot of housework I may manage to go to sleep at a reasonable hour so that I can get up earlyish tomorrow so that I can get plenty done.

Lost 1.5lbs today so happy with that.
Am a bit fed up today as got a phone call at 1pm to cancel my 2pm appointment to enrol on my course as the tutor has called in sick and was told they'd call tomorrow am to make another appointment.
Got a bad feeling about these people..they are meant to be moving in a few weeks and seem a bit vague in telling me where they are moving to and when..I don't understand why I couldn't enrol last week whilst I was there and if the tutor has phoned in sick why only phone me an hour before.

Have been to the learning centre and have now got an appointment tomorrow am which is booked in two staffs schedules so that if my course tutor is still sick that I'll definitely be seen. They also let me know where they are moving to and when.So I feel better about that now.
  • If you have a gut feeling then follow it Taxi- i remember when you gave me some advice re a supply agency in Blackpool- very thankful at the time, as i heard they had money problems..they have turned it around now, but glad i didn't.

Also very well done on the weight loss- you are going great guns there lots of positives for 2012. :-) x

Nice to see you about BOB..hope everything ok with you.
I feel loads better about them now...they have been where they've been now for 6 years and the building is getting knocked down as part of re development which is true and they are moving in to the enterprise centre.I got stung about 6 years ago when I paid for a course and the company just disappeared so was panicing a bit in case it happened again. This centre shuts next tuesday and re opens on the 3rd and in the mean time I'll be able to do some of the course at home while they are moving. They had plenty of notices around the place today when I went in.
Am looking forward to next year and growing personally whilst shrinking in my body. The difference I feel in myself from this time last year is amazing.I was still having radiotherapy this time last year and it's been hard some days due to sheer exhaustion and pain but am feeling loads better than last year not 100% yet but getting there.
