I didn't know what CBT was either, but if it helps use it. I'm glad you're reassured that you're not crazy and are coping a little better. Good luck with your scan.

Am so proud of myself as managed to have my scan done. The 1st nurse must've seen the horror on my face and was very reassuring but couldn't get a cannula in at all so she sent in another nurse who was fantastic with my growing panic...she went to get a DR who was known to be fantastic who got the cannula in 1st time and without any pain whatsover...go him...the lovely nurse then allowed DH to sit with me which isn't usually allowed whilst I drank loads of water whilst she got the room ready where she stayed with me until each time they took the scan pictures reassuring me throughout...she was fantastic and I thanked her..she totally understood me as she'd suffered from panic before...I feel so relieved that I managed it thanks to her and the wonderful DR
