Hi to all who've posted. We've had a four mile walk with the dogs and come home to discover more mice  Kitchen cupboards emptied and everything washed, dried and now on dining table.

Mr T has popped to buy more mousetraps :eek:

Mr T and DS are heading to the loft ASAP - I am imagining a cartoon with Batman style 'kapow'

Completely dry NYE and we had a fab time. No alcohol for a few weeks.

I've menu planned following SW for January and Mr T and I are going to complete our 10k steps each day. If we go over that's a bonus, under means the hounds are having an extra walk.

    Right, mouse eradication beckons.

Good luck with mouse removal. Tbh I think the only reason we don't get them is that we have a lot of mice and rats on the yard and so have a pest control man in regularly.
I would let the mice stay around the stables but they just don't follow the 'house rules' which include no eating of horse rugs. Failure to follow the rules is serious for mice! The rats are simply not allowed house/stable room period.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    oh no, not more mice!

We haven't checked the loft since Christmas Eve. We'll be taking the decorations down on Sunday, so we'll check the traps then..... hoping for the best

  • Morning, glorious sunny day but blinking freezing. I thought after having a great weekend in London that it was time to have flu :o. Proper old fashioned achy, skin hurting flu. I blame DS :rotfl:

I'd hoped I'd be up for a walk today but not sure that's sensible. I do need a trip to Lidl otherwise we will have to resort to eating all my dried fruit stash. As Mr T is working from home today I'm hoping to cadge a lift and then I can run round the store and come back home.

Thanks for stopping by - still here, feeling a bit broke after Christmas but it's payday next week :T

Quick mouse update - haven't caught any  One of my kitchen cupboards is still empty and everything is sitting on the dining table. At least it's given me an opportunity to declutter again.

    Best wishes Tilly x x

  • Morning, another bright cold and frosty morning here as well, and sounds like the flu is doing its rounds all right, was only out yesterday for 1st time in 6 days:)

No Mice, maybe they've decided that what they need is sunnier climates.:rotfl:

Hope you feel better soon, I'm just starting to after 7 days of misery:)
