How was the theatre ? Dinner sounds delish
The theatre was great. Proper theatre but local am dram group. We go regularly and it's a good night out. Yes Prime Minister was the production and I was chortling all the way through. First half was better than second though. We will go to the Indian restaurant again and I'll see what other different types of dishes they have.
Mr T and I sat outside when we came home and it was a glorious night. One of those summer evenings you must take advantage of.
DD messaged me this morning and is having a fab time. She's working hard but also really getting a lot from the trip. Really seeing how challenging life can be when facing real problems.
Quick blind update - complete c@ck up on the delivery front. We have had a refund from JL and have paid £41 for three blinds. Mr T is putting the last one up tomorrow :T
We've had a great day - visited a lovely MSEer and went on a guided walk. Really interesting and much more to take in and appreciate, than whizzing through a town in a car. Delicious food for lunch and now we are home enjoying a cuppa in the garden. Mr T is popping to L!dl with DS. We won't be needing dinner but DS definitely will. At least he has slowed down and isn't eating quite so much as the last few weeks. I'm guessing it's growth spurts?
We are off to a comedy day tomorrow with friends. A whole day and night with good food, company and laughter - excellent.
My lovely lodger hasn't paid his money in today so I will have to wait until Monday to shuffle.
DS has watered the veggie beds and pots - onions are looking decidedly floppy/flat
I may just have 40 winks whilst the boys are out.

Morning Alchemilla, yes, new lodger Mon-Fri but only short ish terms. He's looking for a house to move into with his girlfriend. We have to keep the place clear of lodgers for mum during the winter

Morning, I've been sitting outside having a cuppa and thinking of our future. I'm going to have to remember to live in the present as I am getting ridiculously excited. Mr T will only talk about kitchens for so long with me :rotfl:
TCB £10.46 has arrived and moved to Future pot, along with lodger money. 83p Tilly Tidied to Future pot too.
My classical CDs are going to be uploaded to PC - not sure how we missed them before and then on to my iPod. May be worth trying to sell them, or I'll charity shop them. I 'think' I'm going to do the same with all my CDs as well. Mr T may have uploaded them already - need to check.
This week I'm tackling my clothes 'again' - Mr T chatted in the car yesterday about making sure we are decluttered before moving. Moving won't be happening for a while yet, but he's on board and keen. We may as well carry on reducing our possessions. There's also a good FB selling page in Portugal.
I'd better jump in the shower.

Hello Tilly! Lovely to be so excited about the future
Can I ask about uploading your CDs? I'd love to still have the music, but have them stored electronically somewhere ... no idea how to do it tho2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

I will ask Mr T for instructions and send them to you. If you're happy to, PM your email address and I'll forward to that.
Right, mammoth afternoon and evening of fun begins in 15 mins. I just may have had two glasses of fizzy stuff - nothing like getting in the mood.
Finally, church today was incredible. We don't belong to a bible bashing church. No traditional services/hymns but words which really challenge you. I'm thankful to worship with these guys.
I hope the sun is shining for you.
