Hi Radish and Weronika, yep the weight loss has been a surprise but it is all down to moving more - well quite a bit really  thank goodness for MacG as she got me into shred it and running. I don't ever think I will be obsessive about it but I really do enjoy it now. As does the dog:)
I LOVE this time of year. The buds opening, the birds, the air, fab fab fab.

How can it possibly be Friday, it was only Monday yesterday!
Looking forward to a lovely relax over the weekend, with a leisurely lunch on Saturday with friends and fingers crossed the weather stays good.
I think a glass of wine may beckon tomorrow evening but not the 3 or 4 I had last weekend, I just can't drink these days
I need to have my freezer sort out otherwise my spreadsheet brain cant cope.
Thank you MSE for changing the course of my life :money:

Well done on your weight loss Tilly, that's fab. I'm not surprised though as you don't seem to stop.
Could I ask a quick question please and I'm aware it will differ for everyone but can you remember roughly how long the conveyancing work took when you went over to FD? It's 3 weeks since my survey and start of legal work and i've been told i'll receive a text when ready to switch but did expect to have heard something by now. Hi CathT, I think the process took about 6 weeks from start to finish. It was smooth and efficient. I found I wanted more visibility of where we were in the process but in fact it just trundles on and gets done behind the scenes:)
Thanks for the feedback on my weight loss, it has been an interesting three months and I never thought I would get used to this much exercise, or even be able to fit it in! However, it just seems to slot into the routine.....
Good luck with the switch I am delighted and cannot believe the progress we are making, and we still haven't actually made a regular mortgage payment. The first one is next week:):):)

Good morning, and what a glorious one it is. I am seriously beginning to think I suffer from SAD in the winter, given the spring in my step these days. Friends coming over for late lunch - DH is in the garden doing a few jobs and the ironing is complete for today. I will have more but as they say, tomorrow is another day.
Kids are outside cleaning garden furniture and planting some more salad seeds. We tend to eat so much in the spring/summer we need ample supplies:)
Dog run will be early evening today as social life has to take priority and she has been looking at the door expectantly. Considering they can't speak they are very fluent.....
Have a great day and smell the air - beautiful. Tilly x2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:

What a manic day, they do say if you want something done ask a busy person, but today has been quite mad. Fab meal with friends. It's great to get together with friends who have known you for years. Loads of memories.
In the garden, patio power washed, wooden furniture sandedm washed and oiled. Lawns cut, seeds planted, lovely meal cooed and consumed.
Popped to Tesco and found some fab YS bargains. amazing....
Volunteering tomorrow, then a bike ride followed by a long snooze - enjoy your Sunday

Weather has been fab. Too much food though and not enough exercise so DH and I will be running at 6am. I feel so full it's uncomfortable:eek:
