What a lovely gift from Mr T, it will really get you both in the Christmas spirit. White Christmas is our compulsory Christmas Eve movie snuggled up in new Christmas pjs with a big tub of chocs.
This Christmas Eve night I am working so am not even going to count how many days are left until then!0 -
I am also getting the 'snap' attacks with posts etc too.
Highly irritating.
Thats a lovely present - we (well, I) really want to go and see that before christmas this year - we saw the billboards last time we were down and although technically the next time we visit it is OH's turn to choose what we see, I might smile sweetly and let him have the the next two choices afterwards instead!
Our film of choice is usually What a wonderful life, I had never seen it until we got together and now I look forward to it every year. We are working on Xmas eve this year but when we finish I love to go home, lock the door, get the (electric) fire on with some hot choc and cuddle up on the sofa. Heaven!! :jSimplify and then Simplify some more!0 -
Evening, all financials are 100% bang up to date :j:j:j

Morning, it was a big help to finish all the financial stuff last night and we can see money has been leaking.
Plans for rest of November - buy fruit, veg, milk and cleaning products only and live out of freezer and larder. That's what we filled the freezer up for
Clothing budget - a couple of new items required for Mr T, jeans for DS. None of us impulse buy thank goodness.

Work is a madhouse and it's definitely an odd spectator sport.
Mr T has set off early this morning but returns tomorrow. DS is out tonight and I have the joys of finishing the ironing. I'm also adding all the birthdays and anniversaries to a family online diary, with reminders to write/post.
I'd better crack on I need to make a second cuppa

You see - they all add up

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
