£3 transferred to MOS for the PC payment. Not arrived yet but I was getting impatient.
Out this evening but free night:)
Tomorrow is an awful day and I'm not quite sure how everything will be fitted in - I'm looking forward to tomorrow evening, about 9pm when everything is done and dusted. Sometimes when there's so much going on, I feel I have to hunker down and just get through it.
Have a great day - middle of the week already :T

Hi Tilly
Been away for a bit and WOW! to what's been going on in your world!
I am so happy for you all and how great that Mr T is working again.
I also hope that opportunities for your early retirement (or semi-retirement) work out.
So pleased that everything is looking up for you.
All the best with your adjustments and your future.

Morning, Thursday has arrived
Thanks Alchemilla - I will be so glad when it's this evening
Hounds not being walked this morning - Mr T and I will walk later tonight.
Good night out yesterday and NSD.
Just over two weeks to payday and tight rein on the spends until then.
I was so sorry to read Mr Es post last night and will keep them both in our prayers, as will a few of us I'm sure.
Best wishes Tilly x2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:

Afternoon of h£ll is about to start. Battening down the hatches, focussing on tonight and looking forward to walking the dogs with Mr T.
Positive morning so far which should help to offset the afternoon
Mr T has had 4 lots of RM survey post today. I've updated the website with arrivals.
I need to get back into 1P - it keeps going out of my head
I'm approaching half way on YouGov - hopefully we will reach payout before Xmas :rotfl:
I've got a few birthdays coming up and am treating them differently. This year we are combining our funds for birthdays (kids idea) enabling us to have something really special. I need to get some online ordering finished and make sure I use TCB or £co.
That's all for now, I'd better crack n.

I got through the day. Honestly I never thought it would end and my last call finished at 10.30pm - I'm having tomorrow off and can relax and enjoy some peace.
Dogs have had a quick walk, thanks to DD and DS. Mr T and I are walking them first thing.
The smog has been dreadful today - it was so strong I could taste it I think. Not pleasant at all and the light was a weird yellowy colour but not in a good way.
I'm off to have a cuppa and head upstairs.

I was safely tucked up in bed snoring at 10.30 last night so cant even imagine having to work that late.
Did do a conference call one night to Mexico at that time, then got told of the next day at work, as they had rung back at 02.00 am and I didn't answer the call, being asleep wasn't an acceptable answer
No smog here, but car has been dusted with sand, so hoping it had blown overMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

Good morning, sky is definitely a better colour and air smells more normal.
Off shortly to walk the hounds and then I'm ironing. The airing cupboard pile is about 4' high, so definitely a little emptying, sorting/putting away required.
No money news

Smog is horrible - I remember experiencing it once in London - real Jack the Ripper stuff
There was an interesting chat about it on Newsnight last night with a woman from the WHO and a university professor disagreeing on the steps we needed to take to reduce the likelihood of it happening in future.
Much of it centred around citizens using their influence/votes to affect policy changes to reduce emissions, but this struck me as the lazy answer. No matter how small the impact of one human, surely we have an obligation to limit our personal burden on the shrinking planet? Yes, this could include voting in favour of protections, but surely consuming less is the fastest way to make a difference?
Recycling a can will save enough energy to power my laptop for 5 hours (my use for the rest of the day), but ironically using Google to discover this just emitted enough carbon to be equivalent to boiling a kettle!
This is an area where I feel I could go further. Still feel guilty for learning to drive! :rotfl:
Ps. Maybe MSE should publish their carbon footprint, it must be massive.0
