I've never tried making pitta breads, will put that on the list for project bread making.

I made naan breads the other week to accompany hm curry (made by DH) and onion bhajis (made by me - very easy and very yummy) It was lovely - but looked and tasted exactly like pitta bread!
And as to the 'system' and it's rules...... grrrrr!;)

Evening Greent and Habibiboo,
I feel pretty good actually. We all had a huge melt down a couple of weeks ago and I changed my diet overnight. Went back to loads of veg/fruit, protein and carbs morning and lunchtime but not evening and I feel much better.
We are both happy to have found our walking enthusiasm again and I'm walking twice a day (4.5 miles in total) during the week with much longer walks weekends.
Best wishes to you both

Not sure about that
I've just finished my last conference call of the day  Decided to fit it in tonight rather than 7am tomorrow, so my walk with Mr T isn't interrupted.

Hiya Tilly
Wow, I haven't read your diary for a while and I wish I had. All these positive things you're doing is wonderful. The icing on the cake would be for Mr T to find a job I guess. I hope that happens soon. Best of luck.xx0 -
Morning Tilly,
All your walking has inspired me. I downloaded a pedometer to my phone and have started a couch to 10k steps program. I can easily walk that already but the fancy graphs and progress checker spurs me on to do more. I walked 7·5 miles on one day alone. Feels fab. XMortgage Jan 13 99260.00 87253 April 2017
