Morning, knocked 4 mins off dog walk this morning. We're increasing our speed, not reducing the length :of our morning walk. Aiming for 30 rather than 45 but that will be at a pretty swift pace. Mainly because neither of us can face getting up even earlier.
Spends this week are on dentist, meal up with a chum, and DS and Mr T out on a boy's burger evening.
I'd better get cracking.
Dinner this evening is chilli out of the freezer, rice and a large salad.

Gosh your thread moves fast Tilly! Well done on the weightloss and diligence to morning dog walks, speeding up is a good idea - I'm always pushing myself to do an extra lap of the park but perhaps I should just do what I'm doing, but quicker ... the walking part I mean, not the falling over, or throwing dogs' ball at random strangers and all that jazz! Soooo looking forward to the clocks going forward and getting more light in the evening, but how will that affect your morning walk Tilly! Will it be in the dark for a bit or will the dogs give you a lie in?
Interesting that autocorrect puts weightloss as weightless, it obviously knows the main goal!

Very sensible to skip the meeting. Most of them are a waste of time.
Squirrel xPaid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -

You're doing great, well done :j.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Morning, hounds walked, bit cold and grey but dry which makes a change.
Final DWP payment in to bank for Mr T, now snuggled into an offset savings pot. When my lovely Mr T finds gainful employment, I can see saving will become the new overpayments
Dinner this evening is sausage casserole from a HFW recipe - can't recall which one right now.
Operation 'jar use up' is going well. A couple of jams and a marmalade jar have now been used and jars in the recycling. I've got space in th door shelf things now
More basil seeds being planted tonight and I have a few more herbs I may start off as well.
I'd better crack on
