You mean I'll be able to take my coat off :T:T:T
I've been walking round the house turning the rad thermostats down as I'm now sweltering. Mr T has banned me from touching the main thermostat :rotfl:Greying_Pilgrim wrote: »Ay up Tilly

I've just made up the 7 spice and it smells fab. I've got some flatbreads to use up and think I'll mix a little of the spice with oil and sprinkle over dry fried FB. Mmmmmm,

Morning,
£34.12 showing as confirmed on TCB, just need to wait for payable status
Daily (when necessary) spending diary updates are going well.
Smoked salmon quiche excellent and only used half a pack of ss off cuts, meaning smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast on Saturday.
Money shuffles complete and from various underspends £178 moved to MOS. 2p Tilly Tidy
DD and DS have contributed loose change to a pot - they need change twice a week and always reach for the pot - they decided they should also help fund it :T
DS has his first stint child sitting this weekend - can't say babysitting as said child is 4 - DS is very factual, "I'm not looking after a baby Mum "
It's Friday and can't wait for this evening.
Best wishes, Tilly x2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:

I forgot to post that last night was TV free. Not having heating we've been hunkering down in one room to keep warm, which normally means the TV is on. It was fab. Will be doing more of them
Pouring with rain here, park completely waterlogged and dog walking only possible in wellies. I may need GG to find a smiley of large dogs in Wellington boots at this rate :rotfl:

Operation use 'up bottles/jars in fridge' is going well. Still more to go but shelves definitely have more space.
x
Excellent plan - will join the operation in half term week, can never find what I'm looking for in fridge due to the jars in there ... have ended up buying in something I already have more than once, just because it's got completely lost to the back of the fridge, so getting to grips with them could be a money saver!

Mr T fancies and Indian takeaway for a treat tonight. The kids are both out so just the two of us - queue song
Mr W have an Indian takeaway box on special offer with MW card, plus SD brings it down to about £6.50 for two. Happy days.
Tilly x
Just out of interest, it's 321 sleeps
Last post then I need to crack on with work: challenge for March menu plan. All the stuff in my larder, freezer etc, which seem to remain month after month, will go on a list and be used up.2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:

Glad I can count on you Tilly for the number of sleeps update
anything to keep the focus on what we are trying to achieve. After all, it was through lurkily reading your diary that I got my OH on board with the thought of becoming MF. We did in fact win the final bid on the house we went for, and although finances are going to be a little tricky, it is one step closer for us to that ultimate goal (I am toying with the idea of a diary). Inspired by your culinary adventures, I snapped up a bargainous bag of chilli flakes the other day, reminding myself that a tight food budget doesn't mean it has to be bland and boring. It is hard to maintain the focus when there is so much - good and bad - in life to distract us, but it really is true that every little helps... The very best of wishes to everyone on their journey x

Morning GreenInkPen, hopefully there's no confusion but sleeps are until Christmas rather than MF
