Hiya GG, I wish I had your courage at the moment to go down the B2L route, but too much financial risk until mortgage reduced.

However, I will be right on your tail but whizzing to the west to Portugal - cant wait :j:j:j:j

Just off to hunt for courage - I feel a like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz:rotfl:

    Here you go Tilly :).

We sort of fell into it really (seemed a good idea so I spoke to lots of people to get talked out of it but they convinced me it was a good idea :rotfl:). Sold the 1st 2 to buy place in Spain so have been v lucky :). It is a bit of hassle though if you do it yourself :(.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    Hi Tilly

A massive congratulations to all you have achieved in the last three months :j

I lol'd at your 7.43 post, that was exactly what I was doing as pay day for me too and I had a lovely old time moving money around and sending my £500 OP. I'm now looking forward to a bit of time tonight updating my [STRIKE]favourite toy[/STRIKE] spreadsheet and updating my siggy on here and posting on my thread etc. I'm hoping to make an extra OP towards the end of the month too.

I agree re looking at this like a work project though I couldn't help but smile at the milestones, are you going to do a Visio flow ;)

    Regards
    Att

Hiya ATT, oooohhhh now you are talking my language - Visio plans woohoo. How sad are we! Or is that just me, sitting here thinking of Visio on a Friday evening :rotfl:

Thanks GG for the courage medal. Let me get close to £150k and I may be asking advice........

Have a good night. I am now sitting watching a rom com with DD and a glass of wine. Not sure I should admit this, but it's a free one from the local Chinese - have to keep the :money: flag flying

Hehehehe Tilly, if memory serves me right I think Hurder might be into Viso too, if I'm honest i try to stay away from them these days. I sometimes have a vague suspicion that you and I might be in the same line but I know like me you appreciate your anonimity here so that's really not me hinting to find out what you do :p

I'm sure none on here doubt your courage, you can, and are, doing it :j
By the way ATT your daily interest is amazing

Thanks Tilly, that actually prompted me to check it and it was 8p out  At it's highest it was £29.69 a day, i would love to say the huge reduction was all down to my OP's but sadly that's not the case and it's mostly thanks to the big drop in base rates.

In the spirit of honesty the daily interest in my signature if not quite right as I also pay a beneficial loans tax and then I am taxed on the difference between what I pay and the official HMRC rate. On day I will get round to working out the real interest rate but I have always kept the signature on here to reflect what I pay on a month to month basis and intend to keep on doing that for comparison purposes

Enjoy your wine and the film with your DD and a big :jand :rotfl:to your free chinese, however, did you manage that!

    Regards

How can I admit this - I just cried at the end of a rom com with DD.

    Sorry all

Hi ATT, I wonder sometimes whether we are in the same line also, you never know we may be sitting on calls together !

Anyway, I have to admit it was free wine not Chinese - they screwed up an order a while ago and gave DH a bottle by way of apology, I had put off opening it as I thought it would be dodgy and in fact, it was great.

Glad someone can benefit from reduced interest rates - enjoy
