Well I've read Natty's "American trash", plus the Enid Blyton and Chalet school books there wasn't much to do apart from swimming or library when I was young - also very strong swimmer:D. Noone mentioned Anne of Green Gables or the Laura Inglis Wilder books, loved them too.

Music varies but probably The Stranglers or Bob Marley for all time faves:D

Only reason I am not wearing pjs is because I know my son will need a lift if I put them on...

Another vote for The Chalet School, I always wanted to be like Jo until she had about 30 kids, and that put me off for some reason :rotfl:

As for music, has to be U2

Mr T says Blonde 'Call Me'

Tell him I won't be a minute, though I'm actually grey, not blonde :).

Donny anyone :D. Ok - Freddie Mercury at Live Aid :T:T:T.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

Bowie all the way for me - prefer the older stuff though

A child of the 80s so Teardrop explodes, echo & bunnymen, OMD, Ultravox, Numan, Duran, early Simple Minds, Japan ... Saw them all live.

I seem to have gone a bit folky recently and love Seth Lakeman and Frank Turner.

I am looking forward to DAB radio in my new car so I can listen to 6 music on the move.

Can we do music next? I'll start ....

I am BoneyM and ABBA fan (runs and hides behind the sofa ) Am I hopelessly outdated - shows my age, right? On a recent outbound flight as well as inbound flight , I spent a few hours watching Mary Poppins and Sound of Music - so may be a Julie Andrews fan too.
