    Evening All,

I knew this disparity in gender would cause trouble for me somewhere down the line! Needless to say, I'll be treading very cautiously down wummin way. Not quite as cautiously as the cat burglars who'll be looking for the piles of loot tucked away in jewellery boxes on every dressing table! I'll stay out of the way in my big house up on the hill. At a mere 6 properties, I'm not quite the owner of all I survey yet! None of my numbers are even in seven figures yet...

ATT - made me laugh as well. Damned if I'm reciprocating though!!

    Cheers,

    Billy

Morning, blinking cold day here, so there won't be any gardening going on. DD and I are going for a jog this afternoon and progress seems to being made on that front. I can't say I enjoy it yet, but if I don't do it, then I miss it.

Enjoy your day all, and wrap up xx

Sorry, Billy I'm still childishlu tickled by my 'Wummins Way' Of course, I couldn't have done it without you as wummin is your word, it does always make me think of Milly Tant who was a character on Viz years ago though not sure if it was your cup of tea or you maybe too young!

  • Hi ATT, GG, no problem hi jacking - anything which helps us have fun along the way.

Right, quick update, I have had joggy/walky thing with DD - wish she would remember I am 30 years older than her  anyway, all done for today and feel the better for it.

I have 3 chickens to portion and freeze later and am making a variety of puds for meals in the week. I don't normally do this but as weather is forecast to be miserable, less yoghurts for pud, and a small hot dessert instead may be in order.

Well done on the exercise front Tilly

Your puds sound like a good idea, the weather has definately changed here today, it was minus 4 last night and has not got above 1 today and the rooves and grass are covered with a thick white frost which has never melted today and in fact is so thick in parts it looks like snow; on thaat note, I think we have a wee bit of snow forecast for early next week

PS, did you get to Clinique today? I've just got back with my mascara but must say that it had slipped my mind until I was reminded by TG's thread!

    Regards

  • Hi ATT, we have no empty mascara or old ones at all. DD has checked and none to trade in - what a pain in the butt.

Glad you got yours - enjoy it for me too.

It's bitterly cold here and got up to +1.5 and is now back to minus again.

Probably about time we had the cold spell arrive lots of bugs to kill off I am sure. It has looked lovely - a little like a Xmas card with the sharp frost and blue sky. Goodness we are both being rather poetic today.

Puds are all made and look great. I am off to help DH with the Saturday night challenge now - who knows how it will turn out.

I think it may be pushing 31 that is doing it!

The Viz was just a bit before my time. I vaguely remember enjoying "Postman Prat" and "Roger the Lodger" a wee bit more than they deserved in retrospect. I've already broached the idea of a "wummin's wing" in the big house which Moyra wasn't at all keen on.

    Cheers,

    Hi Tilly,

Well done on the run/jog/walk/stagger/sit-down/complain/get 2nd wind/cook puddings. I got about as far as throwing my niece and nephew about the place for a couple of hours and didn't make the gym as planned today. Back to it tomorrow.

    Cheers,

    Billy
