Sold a piece of china to a guy at work - cropped up in conversation that his wife collected and I was going to start selling them anyway, so that's another £30 in the OP pot

It's hard to describe the difference in how we feel when the sun comes out. I feel like I'm just coming out of hibernation. Good luck with your budget next monthDeleted_User wrote: »Glad you enjoyed the sunshine Tilly it was lovely wasn't it??
Makes me hopeful for summer after all....
Well done on the OPs - hoping to make some inroads from next months budget once I get my hands on it next week!

Morning
14p TT OP this morning
Mr T is paying the £30 in to the bank this morning from the china sale, will OP tomorrow
Close to payday and looking forward to a H@lifax shuffle, plus topping the saving pots back up.
Close to S&S payout and not too far off on CP
£3.07 TCB claimed will OP when it arrives
I'm going to re-write my lodger ad to see if I can attract more attention done
DKs had a good day at school and it was lovely to see them both enthused about their studies.
I'm got to make packed lunches now and get a couple of bits ironed.
Have a glorious Tuesday - lets hope we've seen the pastor the snow
I forgot to add that we have a family party to go to, on the Sunday I had planned the car boot sale, so perhaps the stuff is destined to live in my garage for ever

Back again, must be the better weather I feel full of energy

Ironing is finished
Packed lunches made
More importantly two bargainous duck breasts are marinating to have with a cucumber and mint salad this evening - crushed coriander seeds, star anise, cinnamon, shallot, spring onion, rice wine vinegar and a little salt. As I had to heat the spices first the kitchen smells fab - sadly I have to rush to work now, but Mr T will be feeling hungry all day now :rotfl:

Morning Tilly, thanks for explaining to Thrifty about Tilly Tidies on my thread - I didn't want to rob you of the glory!!!
I'm working all day today but by covering for a colleague tonight, I'll bag £60 this evening which will be very handy indeed. I'm still about £285 short for my OP goal this month.
Have a good day!

Drum roll ..........
Due to tax changes I'm £13 better off - waiting for Mr Ts to understand if we benefit there as well. Although we gain at the bottom, we lose at the top but at least overall we've gained :T
