  • Quick update - fab day and lovely Mothering Sunday :)

    18 items on eb@y
£88 grocery spend - did include 1.5 litre bottle of something special for Mr T
Sausage, mash, onion gravy with veg tomorrow
    Ironing tomorrow night
20p found and popped into pig
£2 coin loose in my bag, now in the £2 pig

 Barbeduk, thanks for stopping by. I enjoy my TTs as it really helps me keep my focus :)

Hi TYO/MoneyCurious, where do the weeks go? I'm loving knowing the loft is sorted

    Best wishes Tilly

  • Morning,

    87p TT OP this morning
Eb@y - loads of watchers but doesn't necessarily mean anything
Very little interest on the lodger front at the moment

Job before work - empty the airing cupboard - not as bad as the loft though :)

It's blinking cold but at least the sun is out :)

    Best wishes Tilly

    Well done on the loft.

That is our job for either Easter weekend or May week - I think we might need May week to sort ours!

  • Evening, 49p TT OP, they really do add up :)

Didn't stop until 8.45pm so no ironing - plus I have a con call at 6am tomorrow so that will be fun

I will aim to do an hour tomorrow evening but it's a social week so out every night - fortunately two nights are FOC, one evening will be around £30.

I item selling on the Bay of E plus a few more watchers. As this is the test week for only listing at an amount we would be happy to sell at, I'm really concerned we will put buyers off. Mr T is standing firm though and telling me not to wobble :o

Good luck when you start, it's a nightmare job but feels amazing afterwards :):)

I've started listing more starting prices recently, and as long as the starting price is realistic, it seems to work. No more selling nice items for 99p, just because of lack of interest. At least by listing at a higher price, if it doesn't sell then you can either try again or sell elsewhere, rather than feeling annoyed that you've practically given the item away! No wobbling!

    Cheers Tilly.

It definately will be a nightmare, considering how much stuff we have got and the small size of our house.

Looking forward to that 'amazing' feeling when its all done.:)

    Hello Tilly,

I've sent you the details you asked for on my diary. I've PM'd you the link.

Good luck with your wobble free selling.

  • I should do our loft but not feeling very well so will start, inspired by you, with the airing cupboard which for some strange reason has loads of board games in it.......

    Have a good day,
