Have a good day,

My daughter's answer was that she kept taking one pair of socks etc out of the airing cupboard when she needed them - no idea how rummaging for a pair of undies under 3' of stuff can be simpler than taking all of her stuff out and putting it away :A
Good luck and hope you are feeling better.

Morning, beautiful sunny day but boy it's cold. My hounds didn't even want to go outside
22p TT OP
I haven't updated the MFi3 challenge, manly down to using iPad and not being able to update docs, so need to dig my laptop out this evening. We will be ahead of schedule but likely to slow down in the summer months, bringing us back on target by end of the year.
Need to think about the next ISA - I don't feel very organised at the moment so do need to sort this out.
HM pizza and salad this evening as it's a busy night. Kids are out, I'm out, so will leave Mr T enjoying some peace and quiet
Payday next week and looking forward to a few money shuffles.
Sadly not doing well on the lodger front - it's a good job it's a nice to have rather than a necessity.
Eb@y questions are starting to come in, so hoping that's a positive step. As the garage is now quite full after the loft sort out, I have fingers crossed that stuff sells, otherwise I'm just rotating the mess, rather than removing it
That's it for now, have a good day.

I looked yesterday. Don't waste your time. Unless you have a lot to transfer in or want to tie it up you're looking at around 2.25%. Kn*ckers kn*ckers kn*ckers . Think about opening a Flexdirect instead and bung 2.5k in at 5%. Even with 40% tax it's still a lot better
. I think you can 1 each and a joint.
Sunny here too :j. (Choosing to ignore the cold part)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I discovered the same thing... and it's the first time I've ever had savings to put into an ISA and it's almost not worth it! Almost..MFW 2010- £112,500 + 20% Equity Loan = £150,000 35 years
2013- £108,877.28 + 20% / current OP = 19 years :T

I've noticed isa's are terrible just now as well, I heard someone say you can have up to 4 of the flex direct accounts, would be better to double check though Incase you don't get interest in them all or something0

Morning, 20p TT OP this morning.
May just keep throwing all cash at the mortgage and give up with saving at this rate  Not a sensible approach I know. It's hard to believe that we can earn more with a bank a/c than savings at the moment.
Pasta in a creme fraiche sauce with chilli flakes, peppers, onions, carrots this evening. Mr T and I are out so needs to be a quick meal.
Very much looking forward to Friday evening and finishing work :T
Eb@y is weird, something I was going to put in the charity bag has a bidding war going on - currently £3.10 so not going to clear the mortgage, but it's really strange the way things work
Can you believe it's Friday tomorrow

Hi Natty, don't these eb@y buyers understand we need to make inroads into our mortgages

I have been considering this but I am starting to get low on easily accessible cash (it is all in a S&S ISA) so I am trying to build my cash back up. After that I might just put a token amount in to savings to keep them ticking over. I am OPing a lot less than the rest of you too and I would dearly love to be mortgage free on the larger mortgage in 100 months. Hmm a nice round number, now that sounds like a challenge! That works out at an OP of around £400 a month. I need to get EbayingMFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200
MFiT-T7 No. 6 £2873.51/£30,0000
