No pennies to TT
NSD ahead, need to make a packed lunch before I forget.
I'm going to iron this evening to get rid of the mountain looking at me.
Ad is being placed tonight regarding lodger, so feel hopeful that we could have someone by April, new tax year.
I had an early night last night and can feel the benefits today :j
Sadly no more news, it's quite quiet at the moment

I nagged him into submission in the end.....
Golly Catshark I hope not,1 divorce a lifetime is enough and filing papers on the grounds of bigamy doesn't sound very MSE to me! Unless we split the cost of course....0 -

Does polygamy work on the same idea, but with BOGOF?"Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful." William Morris0 -
Evening, busy busy day at work but lovely long walk this evening and the hounds must have covered three times as much as us. Lovely to watch them bounding.
No pennies to tidy and no new eb@y bids, but at least two items are selling.
That's all for now, Thursday tomorrow, nearly Friday :j:j

I'm hoping for 30% extra free .A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Morning 67p TT OP
Mortgage payment has gone out, plus extra OPs, mortgage now £219,500.
I can't believe it will soon, well all things are relative, be starting with a £1........ Still humongous but that's the next big barrier to get through.
Don't the weeks whizz by

£3.67 TCB claimed today, this time via BACs not Amaz@n vouchers.
My aim is still to try and OP through smaller OPs the equivalent of the monthly interest. Thus ensuring monthly payments are direct capital reductions. Not having a lodger is causing a problem with this but eb@y has helped this month.
3 items now selling on eb@y, will be interesting to see what happens come late Saturday afternoon :T
A cheat dinner this evening of WR Biriani - plus a tomato and red pepper salad.
Have a good Thursday
