My problem is, I love any type of shopping! Even food shopping! The last 2 weeks tho I have actually planned meals and stuck (ish) to my list. I now have a rule that I have to stick to my list or only buy other stuff if its half price or less - and by that I mean stuff that you always need like loo roll! £23 last week for the 2 of us and I reckon about £30 for next week (food plan already done!)Mortgage starting balance 2011 ... £170k today £1.5k

I completely agree about food shopping, since we have moved to Aldi for the majority of shopping it being much smaller and less busy i dont get anywhere near the TESCO rage I used to and as there are less things to buy I find I dont come out with half the amount of rubbish I used to from tesco. I actually cant stand my local tesco now, always busy, changing prices every week poor quality of furit and veg with very short shelf lifes etc!0
