  • Evening NewGirly, I used to be fit but not now. Shred is hard work but it's only a DVD so can be stopped at any time. I had a trainer for a while and she did similar things so I know it works :rotfl:

I think walking and picking up your pace is a good way to start :) then move on to something like Shred it. You could borrow from the library perhaps?

Thanks Tilly, I might take a look at that then, I did have a personal trainer for a few weeks last year but it nearly killed me :rotfl: plus a DVD is a lot cheaper!

I've probably missed a post somewhere but who do you use for the photobooks?

Hi tilly, I was too ill to juice yesterday, however I have just juiced spinach and apple and thought I should let you know I have given it a juicialistic 9/10:)

    Ingredients are (for 2 adults)
Colander full of spinach leaves - as I washed them that way
4 small red apples - I only have small red apples

PS don't be put off by the colour:eek:
    February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
    MND - Let's go for 2020 'cos it's got a nice ring to it:D
    C'mon nattypants:cool:

  • Hi MRN, hope you had a fab break :)

Mr T has paid the cash back into the bank but sadly no pennies hanging around. I've reminded lodger to pay food bill from week before Xmas - don't these people know I have OPs to make :rotfl:

Certainly making our way through the fridge contents and I am loving seeing space, rather than full shelves. I do seem to have ended up with more jars of pickly stuff again (gifts) so can see me having a 'use up the odd stuff' project again.

That's it for now. I am off for a dog walk, which will be second walk of the day, currently on 7507 steps, so will have smashed the 10k steps per day.

Have a good evening, Tilly x

Hi Tilly, I've heard the shred mentioned on here a few times. Would it be suitable for someone pretty unfit or is it best to start with something less energetic?

Just nipping in to say the shred is available for nowt on YouTube. It looks completely bonkers if you ask me :rotfl: :o Davina is a bit gentler and she's got a pretty good back catalogue now so you should be able to pick up a copy pretty cheaply. She's not as annoying when she's exercising cos she gets out of puff and shuts up :rotfl:
