It's when you're catching up after a brief period of absence and come across posts like this one, you know you should really read a few pages back again........

Thanks Polly yes it does ... Sadly probably not worth my while then unless I can talk someone into sharing the diesel cost
I tried that site earlier Tilly I couldn't see January's list up yet ... Thought I was maybe just a bit too early1 -

Evening, Polly, I think it's probably Christmas which has got in the way of C@stco addicts being updated on time. Good luck if you decide to drive over
Vala, gym area set up in the bedroom - weights, kettle bells, Swiss ball, plus the other stuff I mentioned today. I want to feel strong and fit and I'm hoping that the weight reduces. Diet wise, I don't want to go without and feel hungry but equally I want to go back to treating my body with more respect and kindness. Let's see how this goes.
I'm off to bed early as its back to work tomorrow and I need to catch up on some sleep.
Jobs for this week:
Do a printed book photo album of 2012 before Friday
Friday/Saturday/Sunday decorate 1 room from top to bottom - Mr T is decorating and I'm sorting all the stuff and decluttering. That way when the stuff is put back in, there will be less and it will be one room complete. Seems to be a periodic requirement as things migrate and start cluttering.
Walking for minimum 1 hr per day
Shred - twice by Saturday afternoon.
Dinner tomorrow is a vegetable tart with the left over puff pastry, red, orange and yellow peppers, red onions and roast tomatoes - a little cheese scattered on the top (sounds quite poetic) and baked in the oven. Served with a grated carrot and sesame seed salad.

I have shred myself ... I may attempt to join you
good luck with it, let me know how the photo book goes I quite fancy them myself
I may have missed ( when I was reading your diary) did you get the piece of Jewelry made for your daughter ? I thought that was such a lovely thing to do1 -
Hi Elantan, we ended up having two rings made. She has special birthdays over the next couple of years :T. I also have enough gold left to have something made for DS and we are going with cufflinks. No use now but should be an interesting keepsake when he is older. Plus I sold some gold as well
We've done a couple of photo books and they really are worth while.

Hi Tilly, I've heard the shred mentioned on here a few times. Would it be suitable for someone pretty unfit or is it best to start with something less energetic?MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁1
