DS1 has been reminding me all day :rotfl:! He is going to be hysterical Christmas morning!
  • Morning, 'twas the night before Christmas' :santa2::santa2::santa2:

Am going to do an hour of ironing first then need to tidy the spare room.

I have a fair bit of driving to do, so will be happy to be back home at 3pm.

If there's something I am missing, it's too late.

Have a fab Christmas and thank you to all lurkers and contributors.

    Best wishes Tilly x

I'm sat here in PJ's drinking tea, thinking that I should start to clean the house and make up all the beds/wash the dirty bedding etc

Need to go out to the shops as well as BF has bought a pack of prawns to feed 2 people when they need to feed 6 and we have run out of mustard powder

Think I will need another cup of tea first

  • Morning PWD, ooooh a Baileys with ice at 3pm sounds inviting :T

Good luck with the wrapping. Glad to hear work has finished, we all need a break.

Hi NewGirly, enjoy your break and hope Santa looks after you tomorrow

Leaving in an hour for a delightful drive up and down the motorway in the rain. So much rain, our back garden resembles a mud wrestling pitch as dog A decided to chase one of the cats this morning and it was reminiscent of a Tom and Jerry cartoon. Back leg breaks applied and arcs of mud whistling through the air - lovely :rotfl:

    Best wishes Tilly

  • Hi Radish, another cup of tea sounds like a plan before tackling the shops. Think of the bargainous items available this afternoon. W@itrose and M&& seem favourites for bargains at the moment.

Another PJ'd one here. DD wants rose wine and ice lollies (don't ask!) but by my reckoning, is she wants them she can get them, not really my problem ;).

Please come round to me for Baileys as I have gallons of the bl**dy stuff :rotfl:
:rudolf:Merry Christmas to one and all :rudolf:
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

So I'm off to clean, see you back at 3 for a Baileys coffee (parents will have been here 2 hours at that point, no idea when the evils are arriving)
