Morning, lodger money OPd :T. and a 28p a/c tidy.
Brizzle, thanks for the tips on foil etc. I can see I may need a savings pot to take advantage bargainous offers
Uzu, I like the idea of OPing the savings. We have a steep climb ahead so anything which helps is a bonus. Thanks for dropping in.
Natty, let's hope we don't have to move to larger homes to store all the goodies :rotfl: We may be doing something wrong if we take that approach
SweetDaisy, I do around 50/50 between direct OPs and offsetting. FD are great to deal with and I give them a call each month for an updated end date, based on a set of assumptions. They are always happy to do this :T. Hope all is going well for you
Monday morning calls, so have a good week and 22 days to go :rotfl:

Oh I'm sure they just sit there, waiting for the mad woman to call..... 'it's her - the 28p overpayment woman'....'no, it's your turn' :rotfl:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Back to the loo rolls, we don't have a huge house so storage is a bit of an issue (thank goodness for the loft!) but I buy washing powder, regular grocery items and loo rolls when on offer in bulk. Usually from Costco when they are on offer. I can't remember when I last paid full price for a loo roll! Same with kitchen roll - if you get it on offer, particularly at Costco with the money off vouchers they have every so often it is much cheaper than buying from supermarkets

I think my DS eats toilet rolls - I swear he could get through a roll every couple of days :rotfl:
I have a stash of kitchen roll but did almost run out of loo roll (blamed said son). Mr T may have to venture into Costc@ unchaperoned - I buy all loo roll etc from there, but I've never bought enough for months. Given the annual budget that's the way to go

Morning, lodger is staying for another three months allowing me to continue OPs each week :T
Yesterday was a NSD. In January I am going to give myself a challenge of achieving at least 15 NSDs per month.
2p a/c tidy OP made.
Have a good Tuesday
Edited to add: I have realised I hibernate in the winter. Hounds are being walked once a day at the moment and the rest of the year it's twice a day
.
14 more work days until holidays start
