Evening, it's lovely to have such positive comments, so thank you. We have all learnt a great deal over the year of lurking and the year of having a diary. It's great to see the kids teaching their friends and that does make me laugh.
This week I'm finding the lack of work evening bar opening in the Tilly household difficult. I could just do with a G&T but instead I'm having orange squash, somehow it's not hitting the spot :rotfl:
Wednesday tomorrow and after that it's downhill to the weekend. Unusually we are having a quiet weekend, the first one in weeks and I am really looking forward to a peaceful weekend.
Have a good evening

Hi IrishLassie, somewhere in my diary there is a long list I put together of loads of things I did to save money. As you are reading through (well done you) you'll stumble on it and I think that will be a help.
Good luck and start a diary sooner rather than later, it's a huge help
:)

To save you time, basically:- Spend less
- Overpay ridiculously small amounts of money as well as mahoosive ones

- Don't leave the drinks cabinet unattended :rotfl:
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Hi IrishLassie,
There are a few of us who garden. Between Xmas and the new year I will be sitting with my books planning out the raised beds - rotational planting, ooh get me with my gardening terms. I'm still using lettuce from the garden, under cloches :T
Don't be led astray by the parties :rotfl:
