Delightful day at work when I ony wanted to punch two people
That's good. I had one of my 'if I lined them all up behind each other, how many could I take out with one bullet' days :rotfl:. Off to the N place again tomorrow so will be too busy to plot mass murder
.

Thanks for posting your thoughts about lodgers Tilly, it's something I'm about to embark on.
I find your blog inspiring, keep it up!Mortgage May 2012 - £129k

Morning Ultrarunner, thanks for your lovely comments. I think we all have so much to learn from each other and I've gained a lot of knowledge from many people on here
Good luck with the lodger - one bit of advice, get the ground rules laid out straight away. It can be done in an assertive but relaxed way, and then there's no confusion about what's acceptable.
If you are cooking for them as well, then set a rate which is not a rip off, but means you have more than covered your costs. I charge £3.50 which normally is equal or more than the actual cost of feeding us all. I buy a lot of bargainous protein, as that's normally the biggest cost in a meal then chuck in the freezer.

Morning H@lifax 2x5 OPd and 12p to tidy the account.
Slowly slowly.
I've just been having a discussion with Mr T about the never endingness (I too can make new words up, not just my colleagues from 'across the pond') of the journey.
We are making huge strides forward but boy there is a lot to clear. That's one of the reasons I have reduced my tracking. I know we are heading in the right direction, just need to keep at it.
In a month from now, 5 November, it will by my first anniversary of having a diary on here and what a year that's been. Roll on next year when at some point, we will see the mortgage start with a 1.
Right, off to make a cuppa and grab some breakfast and back to the grindstone.

Tilly x x
No beans! It was leftover chicken red pesto pasta (with mushrooms, peppers and home grown onions). Plus a nectrine, banana, HM red velvet cupcake and small pot of nuts.
Today is left over gnocci in cheese sauce with sunblush toms, home grown basil and home grown onions plus the same lunchy accessories (but no cupcake, I let OH take the last two into work for him and his assistant.Tilly_MFW_in_6_YRS wrote: »12p to tidy the account.

It's much like watching paint dry... slow and tedious but as long as you don't add to it, it'll keep going in the right direction. I think it's a really positive step for you to take your eye off the pennies for a while... then next time you look it'll be a stride forwards instead of a small shuffle.MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.1 -
Morning MRN, it may well be by smallest OP yet - plus I do them individually so that I have an audit trail. Can't help the way my brain works :rotfl:
