Morning, no sun sadly but off for a dog walk shortly. We are all volunteering for about 3 hours today, so I am hoping the weather is kind as we will be outside - fingers crossed on that one.
Today is definitely a NSD, tomorrow so no cash will be escaping.
I have more ironing, Froggy, I think you must have sent yours to me as my pile is growing :rotfl:
We are still investigating cheap or low cost things to do and have a few on our list for Xmas. Outside carol concert being one, with candles etc to light the way.
That's it for now - have a good day, Tilly x2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:

Morning TYO, yep Mr T came through with a cuppa and it was much appreciated. There is a real change to the air today. I really do love the seasons but the air in spring and autumn always brings back memories from my childhood. It's incredible that something as simple as the smell of the air, can evoke memories etc.

Morning Radish, Christmas this year will be a very magical time for you. Together home :T
Get your decoration planning started. I can see a savings account for Christmas trees/decs on the cards.
How is the unpacking going, or are you all sorted now?

We are now in the process of unpacking the unpacking, as I can't find anything. BF has put things in safe places but has no idea where. Today's task involves finding his living room curtains to put up in the dining room as they are no longer in the box labeled curtains:)
I did find two can of pop in an upstairs cupboard yesterday just to explain some of his logic :rotfl:
We made a start on the garage yesterday so did a tip run with the boxes & bubble wrap, think we will either donate the furniture to the local hospice shop or bung it on freecycle
And he finally checked out the loft but there are no boards :jMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

Just read that to Mr T, now I know I want to be warm but I am not off winter panty hunting - maybe there is a gap in the market :rotfl:

Morning Radish, I see the list of jobs for BF growing - board loft being somewhere on it. There are times when I wish we hadn't boarded ours and never used it, as it is a black hole. Even DD said yesterday that perhaps some of her study stuff could go in the loft - where I thought. That's after we have spent time clearing some of the stuff already.
Good luck with the unpacking. It does seem to take a long time doesn't it. I can foresee many more trips to the tip

Maybe you're right... although tbh I can't think of any really warm material that would make comfortable underwear. Wool is the best one I believe, but even woolen longies for ECing are coupled with undies so they don't irritate sensitive areas :eek:Rule 7: If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.

Hiya, good luck with your diary. Even just getting it started is a step forward. Then you can focus on reducing your spends.
Some way back on my diary I made a list of all the things I did quickly to increase DI. May be worth having a look and doing some of them. People have loads of advice and suggestions as well.
My advice would be to gain your OHs support though, as it is a big help if you are both on board.
