Good point - the rules and regs of a supermarket company must be ginormous, and with the best will in the world they would never know them all even if they wanted to.
I can imagine a lot of them just finding it easier to err on the side of caution to avoid the big bosses coming down on THEM like a ton of bricks... although it obviously misfires at times!0 -
