Well I am home, had some pain killers and general advice but its documented now.

OH has gone CRAZY with the insurance. He rang them to inform them whats happened, was on hold for over 30 mins, guy answers and sticks him straight on hold, comes back and when OH says why he is calling he says systems are down, OH says he will call back then CSA says he will call him. 8 o clock and no call so rings another dept, who says oh they are open till 9 dont worry.
8.10 CSA calls back but says the address is wrong puts straight through to cust serv, queue 20 minute argument about authority to talk about account. Find out address not wrong first bloke lied/got it wrong. Ask to go back through and get told they shut at 8, original CSA has not put any notes on at all. So now all in all about hour and half wasted and not got anywhere! Grrrr

He wont allow me to brush him he is, well was my fellas cat, and is a big cat but I think hes very insecure for some reason which makes him aggressive he doesn't get many matts but the ones he does get I gently snip out when hes on my lap, he did have loads of matts when I moved in as he wont let my fella touch him much

Well they are very active Jack Russels and can't keep still

By the way, for the folks that complain when they multi-quote say that they selected lots more than those that come up, it only works for 2 or 3. It did used to be 3 but may be 2 now, either way, if you select more than this, they will just use the first or last 2/3, can't remember which
