    If someone pulls out in front of you then it's normally their fault for not paying attention.

    Spot on happened to me in feb during the snow, car pulled out of a side street right in front of me ( TBH dont think would have stopped if bone dry) was a very loud bang,made huge dent into wing of other car ( dented my bumper)

    anyway told insurance they said its a fault claim and did i want to claim for my car and if i did the 1st 350£ is my excess
    ( did self with gaffer tape and super glue:)
    Back to square one, no apg, no comment.
