Or maybe, mince pie, wine gums, jelly babies or licqourice allsorts?

I'm wondering, now I have quite a selection of Frijis and virtually free sweets, OH is fed and still grumpy and I've just found out I have 2 more expresses that don't close till 11pm, do I go back for some more or sit down to x-factor ...:think:

Yeah, pity she never looked for witnesses. Besides, I think if anyone looked at the two cars and seen no damage whiplash would be hard to prove. Even for the slightest case of whiplash there would be some damage.
Happy- there was no witnesses other than her passenger - if they claim whiplash I will go through court if necessary...i had actually stoppedmy car and was stationary...i was abut 5 foot away from her car...then my foot came up slightly and the car gently rolled...couldnt feel it moving and gently bumped hers...it was only the 'bump' noise that made me realise i had hit her car...it certainly wasnt with any impact!!!

sorry, don't agree as this may not be the case - i had a nice new 4x4 at one point that got pranged by me in my other half's massive pickup (doh! no jokes please) - turned out that the "small scratch" was actualy a crack and need a whole new bumper which cost about £900 plus labour & VAT and so was more affordable to fix on insurance including excess than to pay upfront

it is unsafe for you financially to get involved with anyone when you have caused damage to their car and have admitted it - what will you say if it turns out their bumper is cracked, and they later have an accident where someone is injured due to your botched t-cut job?

you could be legally liable for anyone injured from there being a faulty rear bumper due to your "handiwork"..

certainly worth mentioning to the insurance company that if the repair is of a low value you would like to settle in cash yourself, but PLEASE don't go offering to repair it yourself, that is a VERY bad idea!

I wont actually do any work myself...and I very much doubt she will accept it being T-cut.....but I may offer to pay for the work to be done at an independant garage as opposed to the Fiat dealership she is taking it to (which is where she takes it to be serviced etc according to her)...just to hopefully get it done cheaper.

thanks again for all your suggestions....Happy Chappy - we live just off a slip road on a busy road and the strange things that happen there is unreal....last year, a van came off the A52 too fast onto the sliproad, went through the barriers and landed in the pub carpark...much to the shock of all us sat outside having a ciggie and a Saturday afternoon pint!!! :)
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

Reckon Janet will be in the bottom two tomorrow. She was sooooo boring! I really thought she would win at first. Not anymore. Craig was best tonight IMO. Better than the original! :T
I wanted james Michael to come back though :(

waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, i dont like frijj :-(

T free day for me today. Was too disapppointed with my lack of anything worthwhile last night!

BUT- i did go to Mr M and got 2 cake tins for £1.29- they were £4 something, on offer for £3.50 but the SA passed it over the scanner upside down and the scanner read the barcode for my crisps which she had moved towards it with her elbow! AND she had a trout supervisor standing behind her! That trout has previously acted like i was trying to pinch a simple bulb of garlic which had rolled into the corner of my trolley and i hadnt seen it

QoC 1, Mr M (and the trout in particular!) a big FAT NOTHING!!
