Happy- there was no witnesses other than her passenger - if they claim whiplash I will go through court if necessary...i had actually stoppedmy car and was stationary...i was abut 5 foot away from her car...then my foot came up slightly and the car gently rolled...couldnt feel it moving and gently bumped hers...it was only the 'bump' noise that made me realise i had hit her car...it certainly wasnt with any impact!!!
I wont actually do any work myself...and I very much doubt she will accept it being T-cut.....but I may offer to pay for the work to be done at an independant garage as opposed to the Fiat dealership she is taking it to (which is where she takes it to be serviced etc according to her)...just to hopefully get it done cheaper.
thanks again for all your suggestions....Happy Chappy - we live just off a slip road on a busy road and the strange things that happen there is unreal....last year, a van came off the A52 too fast onto the sliproad, went through the barriers and landed in the pub carpark...much to the shock of all us sat outside having a ciggie and a Saturday afternoon pint!!!
I hope it works out ok for you, and they are reasonable about things.0 -

Yikes! Though very easy to spend £80 in there without blinking. Wonder what would happen if you bought something less than £80, made the value up with something else then took that something else back? In M&S if you have a cond spend and reutrn something you still get a % discount off the other item even if it wasn't the total cond spend threshold (if that makes sense?)Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
