There's more to it than that Jumblejack. The temps must be exact over the whole cooking time otherwise you could end up a breeding ground for food poisoning. I did a pork shoulder for two days and it tasted like the finest meat ive ever tasted. Its a great way of cooking but its also very scientific!

Mmmmm. Sounds yum. Bet it melted in your mouth.

Nicest meat I have ever eaten was Tesco rib eye steaks cooked by other half with a Stilton topping. Absolutely to die for. (Needless to say, the steak was whoopsied!)

Does anyone know if Elsie's cat has had her kittens yet , I keep thinking about her .

Been out for the afternoon, came back and read this thread. In the middle of all the bargains, the above question pops up. PMSL!!! No wonder new people are getting confused!

That's how I was this morning when in the middle of all the posts Merrywidow asked if it was ok to eat a yoghurt without a spoon:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Czierniacha, Mmmmmm. That sounds sooooooo good!!!

We've just had a concoction that has no name. It wasn't a cottage pie as it wasn't beef, it wasn't a shepherds pie as it wasn't lamb. It was minced pork (whoopsied). What would that be then?!
Oh, and it was topped with mexicana cheese (also whoopsied!)!!!
