Actually it was a lovely glass of Merlot last night for a changed hat some friends bought over at the weekend. Went down a treat !!
Didn't manage to sit down to drink it until 10.30pm, but hey better than never at all !:beer:LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

WOW £28 for actual parking fees! I reckon we should all club together and open a car park! we'd be millionaires by 2013! :rotfl:
Well done to your DD on getting a place at the dancing school :T:T and I hope that you get on the waiting list for the grammar school :T :Twe got on ours but were no. 50 something lol so i gave up with that :rotfl:(patience is not one of my virtues!) My dd loves dancing but is only 3 so i may wait a few years before sending her to dance class, as i honestly don't think i could keep up with the costs  perhaps when we are debt free and have an extra £500 a month it will be feasible lol

I was parking at the O2 Kerri and yes DFW, I think thats a grand plan indeed. We could set up National Car Parks, but only allow Debt Free Wannabees to park, as we are a very posh and select group of people !!
Work is crazy busy. From the start of the year with nothing, we are now turning work away as there isn't enough hours in the day or days int he week to do everything. We have turned 5 jobs down for this weekend alone as we were already booked for another client. We can't complain, but with the Pinot National Debt still glaring at me it doesn't sit easy that we are turning money away, but I also know that we can't do the work either. Its a odd position to be in really.
We worked 22 / 29 days in February, March is currently 24 / 31, Mr Pinot has promised to take at least 4 days off this month over the girls birthday weekends, but we fill the other gaps if anything comes up. April currently stands at 23 / 30 days. I'm sure you don't need to know this, I;m writing it for my benefit really, so in years to come we can read back and see what we were up to !!LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Ok, now as of today the Pinot National Debt currently stands at £84,962.30
I split the debts into various sections -
£47,877.33 Credit cards a one bank loan , all currently with interest frozen. Two of which have been passed to a DCA.
£3840.00 Tax
£33,244.97 - Bank Loan, Interest not frozen. Long story behind this one which I won't go into now as its all very involved.
So just for the hell of it today, I decided that in my hypothetical magical fluffy little world that I like to inhabit from time to time, if all of the credit cards and the 1st bank loan i.e. the £47,877.33 decided to be really very kind to Mrs Pinot , and I was to somehow find myself in a position to offer them all Full and Finals ( which Im not by the way but wish I was) and they all accepted 15% which our Advisor has told us to go in at ( but I know its unlikely they will accept ) but for the purpose of todays daydream please pretend that they did, I could clear those debts for .........wait for it ........... £7181.59 :j:j:j:j:j:j:beer:
How absolutely marvellously amazing would that be ?? Then we would be just left with the other bank loan , which I think I could deal with very nicely thank you very much !! :T
So those are my musing and dreams for this morning.................. !!
Feel free to bring me back down to earth with a hefty big bump if you wish, but I would prefer it if you would please join in with my lovely daydreams with some of your own !! If you wish to join me in my fantasy life for today only please do !!!!! :rotfl:LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Hi Pinot you have had an up and down few days. Delighted to hear your daughters good news about school etc. and that she is doing so well at her dancing. Very expensive isn't it.
What do you do with her items she has grown out of. You could sell them on and rake back a few pounds.
Wouldn't it be marvellous if all our dreams would come true. Just remember some do Pinot:)

Well now theres a tale, in my other life, I graciously and rather stupidly gave away all of the old dance clothes and shoes ! Actually DD1's were handed down to DD2, so by then the ballet shoes went in the bin, but everything else was given away. Until Post LBM , and my new life, when I realised the tap shoes were fetching about £15 a pair on ebay, unfortunately I had just given a bag of about five pairs to a friend of DD2;s. Grrrr !!!
I am now building a stock ready for next time, along with a load of riding gear of DD2's. I am finally getting the hang of this ebay lark , but am just a bit slow on getting the damn things up for sale !!:D The spare room is full of things to sell, when I can get myself in gear to actually do it !

Hello Pinot
Have been following your diary for a few weeks now and have subscribed (hope you don't mind). It sounds like you have a lovely and very talented family.
You are doing so well in your DF journey and looking at your latest musings I really wish that F&F could happen for all of us.:)
My dream is to pay off all my debts find a nice little place somewhere to retire and not have a long commute preferably by the sea as I have always found that theraputic.
I have always thought if I won the lottery I would like enough to clear the debts make sure my family was ok and find somewhere that I would be comfortable and not have to work. (Having said that I would like to do voluntary work or suchlike to keep my wits about me).
One thing about all the work you are doing /planning to do- as people often say to me make sure you make time for yourself. I know how easy it is to keep working all the hours that are sent and before you know it you are so tired you don't know what day of the week it is.
Hope you and the family have a wonderful weekend and in honour of your name I might just have a glass or two tonight;) (actually it will probably be sauvignon but the thought is there)

Hello New Road and Welcome, its really lovely to see you. :j
I have a very mad, very noisy and busy family, but I wouldnt swap any of them or it for the world !
If I could wave my magic wand I would make sure that my dream comes true for each and every one of you, and similar to you my hope for the future is also to live somewhere by the sea. Its my favourite place to be. We have a secret hidey hole that we go to once a year for a week, ( actually we dont own it, but again in my fantasy world I do !!) Its the only week we guarantee ourselves out of the whole year come rain, shine or money ! There are no phones, no internet, just the four of us, lots of yummy food cooked by Mr Pinot and I get to sit and read, play old fashioned board games with the girls and not have a care in the world. I am usually to be found in tears at the end of the week as I really think I could stay there forever. The children love it as well and insist that they will bring their children in many years to come as well ! It is right by the sea and we wander down with a couple of wine glasses, and the obligatory bottle of Pinot , wrap up very warm as we go in the Winter and sit and stare out to the sea. DD1 is a keen Photographer and takes some beautiful pictures.........oh now I'm rambling. I wish I was there now !!! Shut up Mrs Pinot....for once in your life !!!:rotfl:
So, your post was lovely thankyou and made me think of lovely happy times. I wish you all the luck in the world with your dreams for your retirement and family, but dont disappear, keep posting, wouldnt it be great if we both finally got our little place by the sea one day ?!!
Enjoy your Sauvignon, I rather enjoy that too, and have a really wonderful weekend xxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
