Hey pinot!
Just catching up! I had a little snigger at feeding the girls green breadpurely because i've done this myself before :rotfl:
YAY to mr pinot not snoring :j:j:j:j I hope you've finally cracked it :T
We had same problems with ds1 and the grammar schools (as you know lol) and he'd actually passed the exam and not just scraped it either. Over 800 boys sat the 11+ for 96 places  i was truly shocked! At least, thankfully, you have a good comp :T .........we're waiting on allocation of primary schools here although i think they aren't due for another few weeks??? (i should know really shouldn't i lol)
Something must be catching with all these broken dishwashers! I've got my opticians app next week hope it's not as expensive as yours :p

Hi PG, sounds like you have a busy couple of days ahead of you. Good luck with all those teenage girls in the house. I'm sure they'll have a fantastic time. Maybe you could get some of the girls on washing up dutyDiary: Conquering Debts Once and For All

Yay for no more snoring
and oh my that's a lot for some glass and metal! I knew there was a reason why, even though they don't suit me, I still have mine from 8 years ago.

Split them into groups, give them a pile of ironing, ironing board and iron and see which group gets it all done first !!! The first to finish their ironing, get a prize !! :rotfl:
Do you think that particular party game could catch on ?!!
Seriously though, I think its the usual, movies, wii party, lots of games, face packs, loud noise and giggling. Truth or Dare usually crops up as well ( whats said a the party stays at the party though is our mantra !!)LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Just dropping by very very quickly to stay that DD2 was up against 1010 girls for just 140 places !!
We have the results and are very proud of her, but looks as though she will attend the same school as DD1 which will save £1500 in bus fairs, so thats can only be a good thing !LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Congratulations to DD2 for being so bright, but with a Mum like you there's no wonder
£1500 for bus fare is a very good excuse for going to the local comp, besides I had a horrid time at school as it was a girls grammar loads of bullying, I'd rather have gone to the comp I'd have done just as well there as I'm focused
I shall have to find some dairy free chocolate I think, then I can teach little man to make themDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

:eek:£1500 saved on bus fares :eek: I'd say that's an excellent reason to choose the comp never mind settle for :rotfl:I think i spend the same each year on sending ds1 to his school and i begrudge that (tighta$$ that i am:rotfl:)MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000.
