Maybe we are all on a roll and one of us will be the lucky recipient of the next big win sometime soon !!!
We can live in hope !!
In other quite boring news, M&S have accepted my payment offer for another year. Pretty unexpected as so far they have insisted on 6 monthly reviews.
The Mortgage Co have written as I havent paid last months mortgage due to the non payers again. Fingers crossed I can give them half on Friday as another client who pays on time should put some money in the account.
DD1 has a nasty infection in her mouth, she sent me some very attractive pictures of the inside of her mouth during her lunch hour and I managed to stop work and whisk her to an emergency docs appointments as she said her mouth felt like it had acid burning it. She is now on antibiotics and feeling very sorry for herself. I have bought her vanilla ice lollies as its about all she can eat.Not what she needs during her Mocks but at least they arent the real thing.
On the car front, mine has developed a leak from underneath today.Mr PGs car is still in pieces but its a long winded story which I wont bore you all to tears with. At the moment we have no idea when we will get it back. Thankfully Mr PG is still able to get to work this week on the train leaving me the car, but at the weekend its a different story. I will be car less unless I drive him to work like I had to last weekend at 4am on Saturday and Sunday mornings and collect him again at midnight. Yuk !! I don't relish that this weekend as well ! It will no doubt get sorted at some point !
Still haven't caught up on diaries or your new one Skint, I'm sorry xx There do not seem to be enough hours in the day at the moment to fit everything in xLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Yuck at DD's mouth, I hope she feels better soon. Double yuck at your car. If you're still having problems next week, you can borrow my car whilst I'm in Ipswich for business and I'll use trains
It's a bit dirty, but it's only 4 years old, no warning lights or anything xx

Take her up on it PG...that's sounds like a great idea.
I have just been paid for a van hire within 48 hours of marking it as returned in the right condition. Now that's prompt payment. Credit where credits due, so I made a point of thanking them. I only wish some of your customers did the same thing!

Morning All,
Well the new Hero tag made me giggle this morning when I logged on. Not really quite the hero but I can always pretend at least for a couple of minutes !:o
Kerri you are such an angel ! If I find we need a car next week I think I may be able to borrow my parents car as they aren't driving again at the moment. But thankyou for your lovely kind offer:A . I am keeping everything crossed that Mr PGs car will be back on the road by next week, not sure how we will pay the bill but I will cross that bridge when I come to it I think. My car has miraculously stopped leaking. I did drag myself underneath yesterday to take a look and in my inexperienced Car mechanical opinion I found nothing un- toward under there !! Anyway nothing is dripping, but all warning lights appeared again on the dash this morning but I am ignoring them also for nowWe have had our work for four days next week cancelled so other than Mr PG needing my car at the weekend he is currently at home Mon to Thursday which is good and bad. Good from the car point of view and because he needs a couple of days off and I have a list of things I need him to give me a hand with. But bad obviously because we aren't earning any money, but it could all change in the next hour or two .
DD1 is feeling rough . She is drinking through a straw and managed some plain noodles last night. She is in school as she has exams but she is very upset as she cant smile !!
Mr PG is also unwell I am wondering if he has a similar thing to her. He woke earlier this week with sore lumps on his head which have got more and more painful and angry looking as the week has progressed. When I collected him from the station last night he had a nasty ear ache and his glands are swollen. I managed to get him an appointment for tomorrow morning as he starts work a little later but he has called from work to say he thinks he may need to go to the emergency walk in clinic tonight when he finally gets home, I have found a walk in centre near where he is working though so I am hoping he may be able to pop in there instead if he gets a break today.DD2 says he looks like he has mumps on his head and his calling him Daddy MumpyHead, I had to laugh but I probably shouldnt have ! :rotfl:
What else ? Still no sign of any money
I am selling again with avengeance ! £55 for the old oven on ebay, lots of interest in the girls clothes and £120 today for two old phones. It all comes in handy. DD1 off to Ireland in a few weeks on her school trip and will need some spending money.
While I have been typing I have just taken a nice potential booking for work which will fill up the rest of July, fingers crossed it comes off.
Right must dash, I have a list as long as my arm for today including keeping the wolves from the door ! :eek:LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
