Ok CCS Collect are fine as debt collectors go!!
I will allow you to write one letter :rotfl:to them to confirm they have the wrong balance and also that you have an informal arrangement with HMRC to pay as much as possible when you get paid and no you do not want a formal one as you won't be able to stick to it.
Ooh actually you can do 2 :rotfl:
CC the above letter to HMRC as well!!!
And re the benefit fruad - you don't even need to ring up, you can do it all online now either via your local council or via gov.uk (for DWP benefits).
Either way will involve the DWP and also the local council.
Personally I prefer local council as they have less referrals than the DWP get nationwide and will deal with each one personally!!0 -

Good luck with CCS collect. I found them to be decent enough and I am free of them now. However I am not finding Lewis Group as good, I have to do yet another flaming income and expenditure form!Trying to shift that debt!0

They can't have what you haven't got! But write the letter according to EE's helpful instructions. Then get on with your day and no worrying about it!

Yep all done and no worrying going on here !Just mild irritation I think !
Weekend was lovely, yesterday was nice as well, it felt slightly normal, or how I imagine normal to be as Mr PG was around in the morning and home in the evening in time for a BBQ in the sunshine. I think I had a near perfect moment Piq, they must be catching !!LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Funny how we appreciate those moments now. Is it that we finally realise that money doesn't buy true happiness?Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
