Tell me about it , is been a crazy few day on the dairy, each time I logged back on there was some random conversation going on !

My Fitness Pal is certainly stopping me reaching for the Wine bottle in times of stress, so I guess its gotta be good !

DD1 seems chirpier, we didn't go to the doctors but she still is pale and wiped out. She has been out with her friends for a bit though and got some fresh air. She is off out today taking photos while the sun is shining for her coursework. Thanks for asking Mrs B

Have your girls seen the VideoStar App ? If not you must get it for them, its Free and I'm pretty sure you mentioned you have an iphone . Not sure if they are singing, dancing girls, but I cant imagine anyone wouldn't find it fun.
It provided hours of entertainment last night for the girls !

I did look at the link quickly though, it looks really interesting thankyou. I will read it properly later when I have more time. Castle is made now though and sitting on the kitchen floor.

Still no money shown, nothing being paid including the predators and no food in the cupboards. Last night I found a jar of Japanese Rice Bake in the back of the cupboard. It was supposed to have duck with it but in the absence of that we substituted the duck for broccoli as its all I had. Situation going from bad to worse . Will try and make it back later xxx

...but who and how???? Whale??? I mean, how do you seduce a whale to get him to that pitch?? Puts a whole new meaning to the term 'looking like a beached whale...' Also gives dieting a new incentive, I, for one, do not want to be attracting whales....

Woo hoo! Got the final amount of corp tax through and it's less than I predicted. Could kiss my accountant! Will have enough to pay THEM and the wages this month.

Am sending as many good vibes your way as possible PG. it will get better- it has to. I'm a big believer in karma and you spread so much good cheer, some of it has to come your way soon xx

Shelski that's fantastic news, I'm so pleased for you. I love my Accountant too, sadly though she cant help sort the current situation.

Thankyou, it will get better, but I am a total stresshead today and majorly grumpy and wound up. The girls are on school holidays and all I am doing is moaning if they ask for money or if they tell me one more time that a friend has been bought this and that. Its not fair on them or their fault. DD1 seems to think it grows on trees this week and I am really struggling to stay sane .

So this morning post brings two DCA letters.

One from Freds again re the HMRC debt that has been paid and threatening legal action. I have written to them recorded and referred them back to HMRC re this. Clearly that has been ignored.

Another letter from Freds re another account that is already with them. As I haven't kept to my agreement this month they will terminate the agreement. I will write back to them and once again advise them that my agreement with them is for payment within a calender month not by a set date. ie I have until the 28th Feb to pay them. They ,on the other hand made their own rules up and stated that I should pay by the 9th of every month which I have never agreed to.

I know these are standard letters and I should know better than to let them bother me, but its one more hassle and one more thing to think about and I cant be doing with it. I cant pay them today so that's that really. Nothing more I can do.

Other money stuff is that I have received an email from the company that wont pay, amazingly enough asking us to work for them on Saturday, are they crazy ?!! The supposed payment that they stated in last weeks email that should be in our account by mid week has not shown up. Funny that. On the bottom of the email asking us to work for them again they apologise for still not paying and say that one invoice should be in account today. Well it isnt and it wont. If its not showing by 1pm , which it wasn't then it wont show today. They will try and get payment for the other invoice authorised next week sometime. Well that really helps............

The dreams have started again the most recent being that a company called A££ow Rental took away my car for non payment of debts. The only reason I can think of for this dream is that I watched a car being towed away the other day and one of our DCAs which I havent paid is A££ow.

Why do I feel like I am back where I started ? x:(

It feels far too nonsensical to be saying, sorry to hear about this and that things will improve but sadly I don't have any other words. Realistically though your predators can't just turn up and take things. There is a legal process to be followed, which takes and buys you some time.

What a cheek re non payer, I hope you kindly or maybe not so kindly declined the offer of more work.

Perhaps you need to sit down and explain some of the financial trouble with DD1. It sounds to me like she's a very sensible, nice kind girl and by not at least giving her some of the facts, she doesn't know she's doing anything wrong.

Hope things improve soon

Thankyou Granny, and you are right thre are no other words to say. It will resolve, and least I know that, the people we are currently working for do pay. Its just keeping things going now that I am finding hard.

Yes we did politely ish decline the work. ie we would not be working for them until such time as all outstanding and overdue invoices are paid and we will cancel all future work that was booked for them also. . We have copied the Directors etc in as well.

DD1 does know the situation and she is lovely, I shouldn't moan about her, to be honest she doesn't ask for anything really, but all of her friends have been out and about all week, shopping with wads of cash, basically here there and everywhere. She has obviously asked if she can go to. Because I am so stressed about money I am begrudging her the little bit I have given to her,especially when she couldn't then account for exactly where it had all gone. Usually I wouldnt even ask, she gives me back the change and it gets thrown in the Sealed ish pot. But, I have sat down asking her to account for every last penny, then got angry when she didn't know. Its not her fault, its mine for being so uptight.

She has had to go out today to take photos for her coursework , so I had to stump up the cost of a train fare, use fuel to get her to the station, give her money for a hot drink and lunch , as there is no bread or sandwich fillings in the house. I am getting stressed over every penny. This is ridiculous. Her birthday is next week. The family keep asking what we have bought for her , what plans we have, are we hosting family gathering etc etc. I am getting so wound up with the constant questions as I cant buy her anything at the moment or even think straight about her birthday. I feel under so much family pressure its crazy.

Even if some money starts filtering in, I now have so many arrears it will take forever to get straight again.

I have cancelled the direct debit to £on for £250 due out on the 25th. If nothing shows up I cant pay it and I dont want to risk bank charges if its unpaid. So I have cancelled it and in the interim it takes for them to realise hopefully some money will be in the account and I can sort it out from there.

Right , best I be off now as I am a grumpy old boot today. I will go and rattle off a bu44er off letters to the DCAs, get some work done and write a plan on how to pay everyone what we owe int he coming months. xxx
