Funnily enough I read the first couple of pages the other night, it was funny to look back on. I was so excited waiting for the Postie every day, to see what good news he was bringing !

I am pleased with the progress, the DMP started in January, so its just over the year now, I could have jut done without this blip, but I think we are all struggling this time of year for various reasons.

But today the sun is shining here, its chilly but a gorgeous day, feels like Spring is just around the corner .

Mr PG and I signed up for my fitnesspal last night , on the recommendation of others on here.

Most disappointed though as it doesn't recognise the calorific Value of my Jelly Fangs or Liquorice Sherbet Wands ! :rotfl:

I have Mr PG has my friend from last night, I have no idea how it works if you are friends. Do you just spy on what each other eats and how much exercise is done ?

I don't need to lose weight really , although in a perfect world half a stone would be nice, but I eat rubbish and I need to do something about my core muscles and I would like to tone up. . I basically have no strength in my back, stomach etc and since the operation last year am in a dire need of sorting it out. My back feels like it collapsing sometimes ( its hard to describe !) and cant support my body so I need to do something and its fun to see how many calories are in the rubbish I eat. x

Typing in the most random things I could think about I seem to remember it's something like 5 calories...maybe even as much as 15

P.s. I'm never living this one down am I! First of all I was laughed at for selling bras on the DFBX thread, now calorific content....oh dear!!!
