Now I walk in and "I'm in the mood for dancing is on", Who put that on, come on own up - blinking Nolans
Come on Mrs PG more drinks required here, sounds like quite a few of us have the manic grins on tonight. I've been a right moody mare since OH got home and tbh couldn't really say why. It must be a bad one too because he actually asked me earlier what was the matter, which just never happens.

About 8 pm for cocktails , hot toddies or hot chocs with brandy and candy canes I think would be perfect
nope you are doing perfectly well with the beer glasses cocktails from what I can see. Who needs posh looking cocktails when we're sinking them this fast. Can I be number 6 please? I've been a right mare today! So much so that the climbing money we haven't spent this week (£20 is mine £30 OHs) is going on a chinese takeaway to try to snap me out of my irritability. I think a nice 006 is good for me, I'll just think 666
Must be the time of year or perhaps there's something in the snow, I feel the same wayNorthernLas wrote: »Pinot - please can I join the manic grin club ... my GP asked me if I was feeling 'a bit manic' a few months ago (the man is lovely, but he has no tact)
How rude :rotfl:NorthernLas wrote: »If you write CVs for others, what is wrong with pretending that you are your best friend and 'bigging' yourself up??? My sentiments exactly, just pretend you are writing a cv for one of us x

I think that's why my (whispering the word we are trying to forget tonight.... In hushed tones.....) c/c is so high..... I've been to 4 live concerts in 5 yrs..... I love them.
I guess I'm living on a prayer right now.
Kerri, I will even pour the glass of wine myself..... And hand you a couple of nibbles :-)

Ah booger, looks like I missed it. Sorry I didn't get here earlier, I didn't see my invitation until 5 minutes ago. Wow, looks like it was a bit wild Pinot - all these 'ladies who should know better' crashed out on the floor
.
I've just read through your last few pages and I really hope that your new deal comes through. Either way, stick around here and everything will seem much brighter. I hid from my diary for about three months last year and I don't recommend it! We'll be carrying our debt burdens for a long time and it's good to remember there are others going through the same emotions - we're like an elite private-members club (only cheaper). Plus you're one of the few diary-keepers who have higher debts than me, so I need you!! xx
And PLEASE can I join your manic smile club? My own is slipping a bit with the pressures of January so I need a top-up!LBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!

That granny over in the corner, her tabletop rendition of 'I'm in the mood for dancing' was spectacular, until she fell off....oops! Sorry Colin has just eaten your vol-au-vents:o
Mrs H is right, hiding from your diary is just about the worst thing you can do. It's probably the only place where you can tell it as it is, without worrying anyone else or sounding daft. There are always folks to help with the hugs and advice. I've always found that there is someone who knows about something I had no idea about, which in turn sets your mind through a new open door.Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
