So pleased things might be looking up. Have fingers and ties crossed for you. Did a long post for you yesterday and then lost it. Might be as well. Positive thoughts bring positive things according to my more spiritual friends.

Have just worked out the pennies for the end of the month. Looks like staying in our overdraft might actually be doable this month. Now there's an unusual occurrence!

I ahve updated the Manic Grin Club Membership to include Skint, who needed to share it last weel.

Kerri, I write CVs all the time for friends, make things up, give them glowing references. Managed to help a friend get the dossiest, easiest well paid job in the world despite the fact she had no qualifications, experience or done a days work in her life ( other than being a mum that is !) , I just cant write my own ! Silly woman that I am !

All things are crossed and looking positive. Will know more Monday.

Have a houseful of girls again tonight for movies and a sleepover, DD1 dancing first though so her friends are coming later. DD2 and friends are already cosied up in their onesies ready for their big night in. I want a onesie too, I dont care what I look like in it ! I am looking forward to lighting the candles and curling up tonight. Mr PG will have to talk to the cat as the only other male in the house and isnt looking forward to a night of Girly Movies and Face Packs I dont think !! :rotfl:

The promised snow has still not appeared , the light fall earlier has gone already which is a shame as I love the snow .:D

Thats great to hear Shelski !

With or without our potential good news things will be tough for January and February still and I will need to come to some arrangement on the mortgage as there is definitely no money in the pot to pay it in full, but I am not going to think about that this weekend.

I am keeping everything crossed and thinking those positive thoughts.:D

Oh and I have school teacher news as well. I am full of news today but will save that story for another day I think ! xx

Indeed, I may need to enlist Granny to share them around the diaries in pretty picture form as Im not as clever as her !!! Would you like the Olive plopped in the martini as well , I have a jar lurking in the cupboard I think !

About 8 pm for cocktails , hot toddies or hot chocs with brandy and candy canes I think would be perfect

Can I be number 6 please? I've been a right mare today! So much so that the climbing money we haven't spent this week (£20 is mine £30 OHs) is going on a chinese takeaway to try to snap me out of my irritability. I think a nice 006 is good for me, I'll just think 666
