Thankyou bast. Theres not a high heel in sight, I can safely report ! Not for the lack of trying though. Pumps and flipflops are the only footwear around at the moment, but they arent nearly as pretty ! x

Signature updated again. I havent kept track very well these last few weeks and so was slightly wrong. I think / hope this is correct now, if it is we have cleared £18,000 in the last 8 months. An awful lot of it thanks to the refunds on card charges I must admit, but nonetheless, I am happy.

I was expecting the predators to ask for a review around June time, but it didnt happen. I am keeping quiet though. The only ones who did were Marks and Spencer. Many debts have now been passed onto DCA's, I think there are only 2 or three which havent as yet, but I am hoping that will happen really soon. They are heading that way, but if they dont hurry up I will just ask them to. Its Marks and Spencer, Santander and Virgin holding out still. That way the 6 years on the credit score will be up within the same year, or else this will drag on further. No idea when that year may be though, as I suspect my figure will slow down soon. :eek: There arent many more people left to chase refunds from now ! !:rotfl:

Once I am feeling a bit more bck to normal, I still need to tackle the Westcot and Rockwell situation as thats still ongoing, and also make the full and final offer to Virgin MBNA. Im not in a letter writing frame of mind as yet, so I will put those on the back burner for now

Now...............on with the battle !!

I am sure they are happy, its me thats Mrs Guilty, but Im like that anyway.

They have seen their friends quite alot, but I usually organise loads for the holidays and havent done that. They have also reminded me that they are actually a lot older now and quite capable of arranging things themself !!!

This mornings post arrived with notification from Virgin MBNA that they have sold the debt onto to Activ Kapital !! I will offer them my full and final at some point. I wonder what they paid for my debt of approx £2800 ??!! Peanuts ??!!! :cool:

Managed a bit of cleaning , alongside some serious nagging today, the house looked like Dirty Dicks !!

I have decided that I am in serious need of someones lost lb's. I have come to the conclusion that I will happily collect Piqs and New Leafs lost lbs, but if anybody wishes to send some in my direction they will be greatfully received please ! Being skinny is just as soul destroying as needing to lose a few lbs in my opinion, but people rarely believe that one !!

I also caught up on some work today, I am very behind, but will gradually get myself back into gear. I also wrote a piece for textbroker today on Barcelona. No idea if there is any money in it, but the odd few £ here than there if they evaluate me will come in handy.
