Well I dragged myself to party in pumps ! It was lovely to see e eryone but it totally exhausted me. Struggling loads not with back but it's become apparent that I am suffering somewhat from the sudden comedown of medication. I couldn't work out the subsea, headaches seas, I won't go into all the gory details but I feel rotten. It appears that it is from the lack of meds after taking so much before especially leading up to the op. However rotten I feel though, I am refusing to go back on them do I just need to get them out of my system.
Thankyou eager elephant for the link, I will take a look later.
The new dishwasher is fab, I would never in a million years have thought I could get so excited by shiny glasses and plates ! Once I am well enough I will throw everything in there for a sparkly hot wash , even the kids !
My car was collected this. Owning for its MOT , am amazed to report it passed:D shocked and stunned ! Mr Pinot changed two brake pads last week but didn't have time to finish the other two so we were convinced that would crop up , and it's in need of tyres, but it has scraped through . Whoopee !
Updated signature this afternoon. Payments were to HMRC , only £764 to go to them , before next bill due in October  I am late with payments to the predators but not been able to get my head around anything much . Hopefully they won't be too grumpy with me .
Mrs Fluffy hope you are ok, I have so much catching up to do with everyoneYes I can finally use the free dishwasher tablets, I think the trial thingy might have ended now though ! Oops !
hope everyone has had a good day xLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

I couldn't work that out either. Ipad?
I'm really pleased you made it to the party, that's pretty hardcore so soon after your op. Hope you can cope with coming off the meds, but if not get back to the doc.
Bless Mr P for the dishwasher! The Fairy trial ended a loooong time ago, but the tablets are FREE in Tesco if you've still got the vouchers!
Wow to the car and the sig - things are definitely going your way now:)

Well I still cant sleep ! convinced I have been awake all night but it will improve i know. Not the best patient ever though !
Just read back to myself my last post a few days ago!:rotfl:
Yes, it was the blasted iPad, I promise. What an absolute load of nonsense I managed to write! :rotfl:I am amazed any of you found anything worthy of even commenting on in amongst that mumbo jumbo, but I am grateful You did! I thought about going back and correcting it but changed my mind, so feel free to make of it or interpret as you will !! Goodness knows what I am letting myself in for there with you lot though !
This is being typed on the iPad also so be warned, I'm not known for correcting myself as you know!
Feeling a little better, no energy though. Have seen the doc and also the surgeon. Have decided he looks like a foreign George Clooney! I have informed the lovely Mr Pinot that if I didn't love him so much , I would definitely run away with the surgeon !so on the medical front all is looking pretty good. I am becoming addicted to the lucozade that has been appearing by the barrel load . I will be changing my user name next, this is getting worrying. The PG has no allure whatsoever at the moment. Not even a teeny bit tempting
Oh, was about to get off of medical stuff but the doctor did actually confirm that I was going " cold turkey " coming off the medslike i did and he had no idea how long it would take. How mortifying, especially for someone who has to be coerced into taking a Nurofen for a headache! George The Surgeon was slightly nicer in his approach stating I must be very brave or very stupid ! Hmmmmmmm something tells me the latter :rotfl: so........... I will carry on withdrawing and suffer the consequences , I've lost a stone in the last month so, am now channeling the scrawny chicken look without much success .
So Great Aunt Piq, I promise I will look after myself, I would be terrified of a telling off from you
Mrs Happy, I have to tell you that my beautiful light up kettle is now in kettle heaven with your one ! I am currently searching a cheap but equally pretty replacement.
Thankyou all re the dishwasher tablets, must search out the box and find the vouchers. Will I be able to use them if I didn't take part ? Will Savvy Circle associate with me again ?
New dishwasher fab. mr PG took a photo of the instructions for me and put it on the iPad! I have used one of the posh 12 cycles so far .:D
So on the money front I have been rubbish. Keep forgetting to pay people. So not one predator has been paid this month, I know it's awful and I obviously will pay them, but I can't be bothered to worry about them. BUT I have written myself a huuuuge note to remind me to pay later todayI havn't paid the singing teacher either so he is jumping up and down just a tad! He loves his money does that one z, :rotfl:
Bills coming out of my ears at the moment, incl. two red ones from the water companiesHMRC just remembered I owe them £400 personal tax, I was kind of hoping they had forgotten while I concentrated on the company tax. Ho hum z,
DD2 off to secondary in Sept so needs whole new sparkly uniform , shoes, bag etc etc and DD1 needs her GCSE coursework equipment. Sketchbook was £17 last week, cheapest I could find as they specify the make of book etc. She alo needs, shoes, blazer and new sports kit. I wish these girls would stop growing
Did an online Pet Order for the Bunny as he needed litter, flea stuff cleaner etc, the day after I came out of hospital. As Mr Pinot isn't around I thought it would make life easier. It arrived yesterday and I had ordered 2 of everything, much to DD2s amusement , how much it cost me, I have no idea at all ! Oops !
Right I'm off now, I will catch with you all over on your diaries soon I promise. I am missing knowing how you all are xLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Too late....I have donned my Mary Poppins hat and have reverted into Great Aunt Piq. Sit down....
Your body has had a huge shock and is trying to come to terms with it and recover. It has two things to recover from, the operation and the addiction of the meds, and yes, it is cold turkey for a while. I have had lots of operations, so have first hand experience of this!
Going off the Pinot Gringio for a while won't hurt, your body is telling you that it doesn't need it. I'd say it was telling you it needs something like glucose for energy, hence the Lucozade.
Have you thought about getting some of natures healing foods inside you, stuff like blueberries, almonds, turkey, salmon, broccoli etc? [not all at the same time, bit of a yukky meal ] Now is not the time to count every single penny on the food shop. Perhaps make yourself a smoothie or two, blueberry and banana? would be great for energy! Any soft fruit makes lovely smoothies. Easy with a stick blender or liquidizer combined with a dishwasher! :T
Then get the girls to make some blueberry muffins for everyone! I think almonds are supposed to be the best nut, in terms of anti-oxidents and nutrition, so, if, you like them get some. I can come up with at least ten ways of incorporating them into your diet!
If you have feverfew in the garden it is great for headaches, just add some to a sandwich.
Take it easy sweetie, stop rushing! Your body will stop you, you'll go down with one bug after another. Think about what you'd tell someone else to do and obey that, rather than pushing yourself!
Be careful of the scrawny chicken look, the Bear is very fond of chicken....:eek:
I might come back with more ideas....
The money off vouchers on the dishwasher tablets don't expire for ages, so use them. Both Mrs H and myself had no friends to pass them out to so had to use them all for ourselvesThat's ten lots of £3 equaling £30 off :T Well worth it when the tablets are half price anyway, shame about the no friends bit though...
