I'm so sorry and angry to hear about BC . You are obviously going to fight them in your own inimtable way I'm sure. Have they given you a reason for this ? Is it similar to the M&S situation ? £236 is ridiculous if that could be going towards clearing the debt. Canthe FOS get involved here, I know that you know far more about all of this than I do ?
No need to answer my questions on here you know that, I'm just thinking out loud. xx
Thanks PG, not feeling quite so gloomy today. Will try appeal but general trend is now I am half way through they will extend the period. Unfair rule book me thinks, alas.
Still, the sun is out!

Oh bast thankyou, you are a darling. Im sorry I havent been into see you recently. I havent forgotten about you though. How are things ? I do hope you and yours are ok . I will pop in later and check .:o
The hugs were lovely thankyou and so much appreciated. I am ok, have manic grin on today. See !!!. I hope I wasnt whinging earlier, I didnt mean too. Im sorry everyone if I did. Oops !
The only person who really knows how crappy I feel is the Doc, everyone else thinks Im ok so sometimes it pops out by mistake ! I think people have noticed I have lost a bit of weight and look a bit old and scrawny have had a few funny looks as I am usually all made up, hair done etc. These days its hair in ponytail, sunglasses on even when raining !! , ballet pumps, no lovely heels and I hide from everyone so I dont need to see them !! Its because all my friends moan all the time about rubbish. One who works two days a week 9-12 about how exhausted she is and cant cope..........and they drag me down (actually thats wrong not all, but the ones I tend to see the most who live nearer) The real ones are wonderful and I love them dearly ! Not the best way to be getting on with things maybe I suppose, but it suits me at the moment ! If I have my Mr Pinot and my girls around I am like a pig in sh*t regardless of anything else going on. It will be sorted but may just take a while !!!
Ok, now Ive gone off on one again !! Seen as I seem to be chatting for England this morning, think I will knock off that grumpy letter to Westcot !!! They had better watch out !!!
Oh and I wanted to tell you, that I have been recommended a new book to read, not in the same vein as 50 shades, but apparently really good " The Mistresses's Revenge" by Tamar Cohen. Sorry Mr B, I will find a book to recommend to you shortly !!! I dont want you feeling left out !! xxxxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

I think sometimes we all just need a ""arghhhh" moment ... It must be very tiring to constantly be in pain. I think when you get that tired as well, things like eating and appearance tend to take a backseat. Look after yourself and have this weekend camping as a "slowdown" I do think you and your husband deserve it.0

I am looking forward ot it, just hope the sun stays shining. The way I see it, I cant sleep at home, so a tent wont make much difference to me really. No doubt I will be wondering around the field in the middle of the night with my book and torch looking a real loony !!LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))) Ex-husband has arthritis of the spine, so I know how horrible constant pain can be. Take it gently xxx0

So far, other than spending far too much time on here and burbling on far too much as per usual I am so pleased with my progress for the day, so for my own pleasure I will list my completed jobs !
Eaten a whole bag of extremely tasty A£da chocolate chip shortbread washed down with a lovely cup of coffee.
Put wash load on, DD1s washing basket was threatening to engulf her entire bedroom  Also stacked up the multitude of empty water bottles, used glasses and apples lurking in her bedroom for her to tidy up ater. I am on strike in her room I'm afraid !
Written letter to Abbey National to claim Mortgage Exit Fees. I have no idea if I am actually owed them ,but after the Birmingham Midshires success I thought I would ask politely anyway ! I am having withdrawal symptoms as no lovely cheques have popped through my door of late ! Desperatley thinking what else I can try and claim !! I think I am getting greedy !
Written very snotty response to Eurocarparts dating back to May ishtime re failed delivery. It took me two attempts of letter writing for them to finally respond very discourteously in my opinion via email which I personally thought was appalling. So I have very snottily replied via email and also post telling the little bod , who forgot to put his name on the email to think again about some form of compensation or at least a goodwill gesture. Mr Pinots thoughts were to tell the guy to get his head out of his a3se, but I am going to save that comment after I have received his replied and use it in the next letter !
Nipped to the bank to pay in a cheque from a new client (Japanese and paid the following day !) Can we please have more work from you lovely people ?!! That will enable me to pay a tiny bit to the inland revenue and also tide us over for a few days while we wait for the bigger amounts to come in. Once again been told , "we cant pay you as we havnet been paid ourselves" by very large new US client which is making things a tad awkward. I have my emergency money again to fall back on, but so dont want to use it, as usual ! I am very very protective of the pounds and pence these days !!
Thats it so far, dont want to bore you anymore !! xxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
