15 mins to drag girls out of bed and get them to school, how will I manage that one , sitting typing away on here wont solve the problem though will it ?!! :rotfl:

Oops! Did you enjoy the gig though?
I think the best I managed one time was waking up an hour before one of my university finals, thinking it was fine because it was in the afternoon and then realising it wasn't it was in the morning, I have never pelted up to the bus stop for the 40 minute journey to uni quicker, I nearly threw up through panic and the only thing that stopped me was thinking how much time it would waste. Still makes me feel ill thinking about it a year on.
The other one was managing to get up, get showered and on the bus to work in under 15 minutes. I must've looked a right state as it was a 5 minute run to the bus too!
I have to say I'm much better now I'm only a close drive to work, don't think I could drive whilst half asleep and I can leave the house now when I would I have already been travelling 45 minutes before.HSBC CC - £3000 / £3000

Well I made it, they were both at school looking very bedraggled, as was I ,but I stayed in the car and just slung them out "drive by styly" .
DD2 then informed me that its Class Photo day today, oops, best they put the scruffy kid at the back then for this one !! xxx
Ok I'm off, lots to do today, but the sun is shining !!! Whoopee !!!:)

Pinot It is great to read about you having fun.
Simply Health took me on with my bad back but can't remember if they even asked about previous history. I use then for dental optical and chiro and for the odd private consultation. I think you get enough cover for one consultant appointment per year. And 75% of cost of alternative treastments up to a limit depending on which level you choose. Mr Pooh and I are at the age when we need more optician and dental appointments and it has been a Godsend having the costs covered for us. I know we have paid an amount each month but it has reduced the shocks and panics about chargesd. And I would definitely recommend the prepayment prescription if you are having more than one prescription each month.
I have managed to give myself backache whilst helping my 82 year old aunt to pack up her nicknacks to go into storage. I chose what I thought was an easy job as I could do it sitting down but must have been sitting at the wrong angle, ouchbusiness mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Ha ha - isn't that just typical?
We had class photo recently and I really want a photo of it but just a small one to put in an album. You can only get big expensive ones or a little one in a package with others.
Luckily I have found some other Mums who are happy to split a package and pay a little bit each.GC June £78.50 / £250, May £262 / £250.

Fallenwiccan The Gig went so well thankyou !! I knwo shes mine, but she was really good, totally brought the house down. For a jsut 14year old to stand in pub she has never set foot in before and sing her little heart out without any sign of nerves whatsoever, just a big beaming smile, I am jsut about the proudest mummy int he world right now !! We videoed it and its been playing on repeat most of the day !!
Kerri - I am so behind onthe diaries, not read anyones for at least a week. Its so bad of me. The thread sounds fun, if I get a second alter I will take a look. actualylit could be bedtime reading. I ahve finished Gargraves book ( if you happen to be reading whens the next installment) and I am up to date with Piqs blog. So your recommendation may be a good choice for tonight especially if its worth a few giggels !!
Teatime - Once Upon A Life, i used to buy al the school photos until Mr Pinto decided that seen as they were never really that good, he could scan the proof copy with the big line down the middle and if he got creative with the editing, coudl pretty much make the line vanish, or I jsut "accidentally" forget to send back the proof copy and we keep the one with the line down the middle !! Not sure what the girls will make of that in years to come whent hey show their own children their school photos !! :rotfl:
Pooh - Simply Health is still on that list, I am very behind with it and its growing by the day. If they dont sk any questions re previous medical history thats great. I will move it to the top of the list. I picked up a leaflet yesterday for the pre paid prescription, but again I havent had a chance to look at it.
Sorry to hear about your back Pooh, its so easy done isnt it especially when lifting. I do hope you feel better soon. Maybe you will get a chance to rest up over the weekend. I do hope so.LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

So todays burble goes like this. In a strange way its been quite successful, I think, but I could deifnitely do with another 10 hours in the day I think.
I think I will do a list of achievements ish to make it easier as I need to go back out again in a sec.
1 . Girls arrived at school on time, totally scruffy
2. Spoken to lovely sensible mother re Secondary School stuff and handed all forms into DD2s new school.
3. Made beds
4. Gone Sulky Shopping for something to wear to Hen Day/ Night I'm off to tomorrow. Thankfully the whole day / evening I have been saving for gradually and is all paid for so thats good. I had some vouchers for my birthday so decided to panic buy a dress. I hate wearing dresses definitely a jeans and t shirt sort of girl, but this isnt a jeans and tshirt sort of event.
5. Sold 3 more items on ebay, think they came to about £20 for the fund, so wrapped and posted those off . three more items currently up for sale and about 6 more photoraphed and nearly ready to go.
6. Had a response from NW re the Credit Card charges from a few weeks ago whereby they offered me a partial settlement which I declined. They have refused again, and told me to go to the FOS. Usually that is what I would do and have done in the past, but to be honest I have so much going on at the moment I dont think I will bother .The offer of just under £600 is still great, so I think I will accept it.
7. Response from FOS today re Lloyds PPI complaint confirming they are looking into it.:D
8. Mr Pinot ordered break pads for the car, with a lovely discount and has finally arranged for the windscreen in his car to be replaced. When he is away in the summer, if I am better I will then drive his car as its far more economical than mine, but the crack in windscreen was in my line of vision so have been unable to drive it.
9. Have hospital date for another MRI Scan for DD1 and yet another Court date re her injuries from a RTA ( the one that caused my back problems) arrive int he post today.
10. Now I am in the midst of washing and ironing as I will be out all day tomorrow I am having a bit of a housework, washing type panic as its been a busy week and nothing has been done .
11. Quick visit to a friend tonight whose child has been poorly, home now though.
12. Job we had for tomorrow and Sunday has been cancelled so I though Mr Pinot was around to have the girls while I go to the Hen Day / Night, but he has just informed me he has had some mnore calls and a different job is now on for the wekeend, so now I frantically need to find babysitters for tomorrow !
12. Bank Loan paid today so hopefully another signature update on
the way.:D
So.....thats my pared down version of my day, waiting for Mr Pinot to come home from work and will allow myself one glass fo wine this evening to share with him. These last couple of weeks have been a blur, I am gradually realising that the amount of meds I have been taking have made it very difficult for me to remember things that happened last week and the week before. People have been asing me things and I really cant remember, its very disconcerting.
Off now to attempt to apply some fake tan so I dont look too pale and pasty tomorrow , I'm not very patient and usually end up a blotchy mess ! Wish me luck !!!LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

That's a good day PG. You've achieved plenty. Getting £600 back from NW is particularly great. There was a time we accepted charges and would never have fought back.
Perhaps you ought to add the befuddledness to your list of pro and cons when you decide what to do about your back pain. It may swing your decision one way or another.
Good luck with the fake tan. I'm useless at applying it. I always looks as if I've had a nasty accident with the fence preservative.

I'm glad the gig went well. I'm a huge bag of nerves when I even have to present in front of people but for some reason once I'm going I'm great.
You've done so much whilst everything else is going on around you
On the fake tan front I've never ever used it, I wouldn't know where to start haha. With this weather I'm thinking I may need it for the hen do I'm off to end of June!HSBC CC - £3000 / £3000

Pinot, don't worry about being behind on the diaries, we know you still love us even when you're busy
I think I've solved my bad back now
just used my Rum8le R0ller I got with my rainforest vouchers that I earnt through surveys and my muscles feel loose enough for me to turn my neck
haven't been able to do that for a few days now.
I feel exhausted reading your day, how do you manage to fit so much in? Glad your daughter enjoyed singing at the pub, she must be made of some good stuff to be able to do that she shall go far no doubt
Hope you have a lovely weekend xDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:
