I'm back,
Hello and thankyou for all being there and your concern.
I have been a bit poorly, was put on loads more meds last Fri , unfortunately they took their toll and made me even more ill. My poor girls found me in a heap on the floor Monday morning unable to move and in pain , I frightened the living daylights out of them . I feel so terrible. They called Mr Pinot who thankfully was only working about an hour and a half away and he came straight home, they refused to go to school and stayed at home with me. Mr Pinot took control, and I am now on yet another different combination of meds . Still battling to get to the top of the queue with the NHS for apps, but the Doctor is trying his best and they are suffering the wrath of Mr Pinot daily.
I am feeling a bit better today and thought I had better check in quickly. I am stressing as I have fallen behind with so many things. I need to catch up with you all as well to see if you are all ok. I'm sorry I havent been around. I'm sure I have so much nonesense to report.
I need to get myself together now and sort girls for school although I am on go slow ,which for someone who loves life at 100 miles an hour isnt easy !!!
I will be back later.xxxxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Good to hear from you Mrs PG - i had thought it was the good news you reported keeping you away so am very sorry to hear of the pain you have been in.
It is good that your doc is doing his best for you - i find doctors such a chore and they wear me down just thinking about going to see them to say that the tablets aren't working- mine is just a thyroid problem though.
((hugs)) to you and lovely of the girls and mr pg looking after you. Do try and take it easy though if you have to - health is more important than money after all - but i understand they do both impact on each other especially when you feel better feeling in control and doing something xCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Sorry you have not been well Mrs P, the things you need to concentrate on at the moment are getting yourself well or at least in a good place with the meds.
The bills and everything else will still be there but the most important thing is your health and family. (OK lecture over )
Off to see DGS soon for his first birthday :j, cant believe a year already...Im getting old :rotfl:

Morning NRA and Dedicated and hello again to everyone else.
So here is my catch up super long post. You will wish I had never returned !!!:rotfl:
My Good News from whenever it was I last posted was another Credit Card refund from MBNA. :j:j £659.00, so I have updated my signature accordingly !! Sadly it wasnt the reason for my absence. Wouldnt it have been lovely if I had got enough money to whisk me and my favourite MSE'ers off to sunnier climes for a week of cocktails and no worries !!! Sadly not, but the £659 will come in very handy !!
As Mr Pinot came rushing home on Monday, we have lost a days pay. Usually due to the nature of his job he couldnt generally come home, but on this occasion , he was doing something slightly different to usual and he was able to get away, which was lucky, although I feel very guilty that we are down a days pay now.
Whilst I have been in hiding, I have really got the hang of this whole ebay thing once and for all. We sold two more items over the weekend for the grand total of £9.48, therefore the ebay pot now stands at £329.48 ! I have listed 7 more items due to end on Sunday and have polished up a pair of expensive tap shoes the girls have grown out of and think I will list them too. They look like new now they are cleaned up. I was a bit naughty and bought the girls a Hollister top and a Hollister cardi on ebay over the weekend, but as they are similar sizes and like the same things they are going to share them ! Mr Pinot also bid for a Vivienne Westwood dress for me, as I have a glam Hen Night to go to in a few weeks time if I am mobile enough to go . No idea what it will look like but I will stick it straight back up on ebay if its no good.
The Solicitor has drafted a letter for us to the Clients that owe us money. A very pleasant personal letter with some legal jargon thrown in for good measure, just to remind them that we have taken legal advice. That was printed off last night and once I get myself moving enough to get in the car I will take that to the Post Office later along with the two ebay items we have sold.
I decided that I wasnt happy with the PPI letter I had written to MBNA, so that still hasnt been sent, I intend re writing that today and posting that off.
Work has been crazy but Mr Pinot has taken some of the pressure off there for me while I have been a bit under the weather. We had a call on Monday from a new client, which unfortunatley we werent able to do the job for, but it was good to hear he had heard about us through word and mouth, so fingers crossed he will call again in the near future.
We have bitten the bullet and joined the gym. I need to try and do something for my back. Its expensive but somehow we need to find the money even if it mean cutting the budget for the girls activities for a while which they totally understand. Previously gyms have turned me away as they didnt want to touch me with a barge pole due to back injury, but these guys were so positive, and gave me alot of confidence that they may be able to help. They had an offer where the children were free so I am hoping we might be able to do a few bits together as a family also. They also have dance classes included in the cost and DD1 has told me she isnt enjoying her usual dance classes very much anymore, so it might be an option for her to dance at the gym instead included in our monthly fee and therefore saving on her current dance fees.
Hmmm what else has been happening........oh MBNA card Number 2 has defaulted. This time to Aktiv Kapital, although looking at their address I suspect they are some inhouse company for MBNA but I could be wrong. I havent heard of them, so will do a little research later. The letter was very pleasant, infact one of the nicest DCA letters we have ever had !! I might frame this one ! Just says carry on paying what we are paying. So thats three defaults we have now and I suspect Santander will be next. They keep threatening but havent done anything about it as yet.
So thats a short (ish !) update on all things in Mrs Pinots world for now, I could ramble on forever as usual, but I wont. I have to start getting myself together and getting on with things as usual.
I will checkup on you all over on your diaries later.
Have a lovely day xxxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

It is quite a long way and I am a bit funny about letting them out of my sight incase someone runs away with them !!
Its too far for DD2 on her own and DD1 has got a meeting after school and a couple of dance classes tonight and to be honest I woud like the fresh air. As long as I drive my car which is automatic and its only a short distance I should be ok. Everything is packaged up ready to go , letters are all written, so just going to make myself a quick coffee before venturing out. xxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Well today has been quite successful after all, despite my drug addled brain keep on forgetting things !! Nothing new there though really to tell you the truth !
Letters gone by Special Delivery to the Company that owes us, one to their business premises and one to their Registered address, just incase they try and pretend they havent received one or the other !
Lovely Mr Postie arrived with the Hollister Cardi for the Girls from Ebay still with the labels on. They are chuffed to pieces with it ! And also a bottle of Gilly Hicks perfume all still inpackaging which I am puttign aside for my nieces birthday, picked that up for £20 less than retail price.
PPI letter re written and also posted and two parcels of clothes we sold on ebay also sent.
Another 2 items have gone up for sale on ebay this evening.
M&S wrote in response to my letter re them beginning to add interest advising that they would love to speak to me on the phone urgently despite me telling them twice in writing that I didnt want to speak on the phone, but in the end I bit the bullet and called them. After the usual inane questions, why are we in a financial muddle ? ( we have told you before please look at the CashFlow Statement ) Can you pay more? ( No I told you that last week ) Can you pay by standing order? ( Nope told you that last week as well and why ) Will we be able to pay them the contractual payment in six months time ? ( No idea my crystal ball isnt workign today !) they finally agreed to freeze interest for a further six months and accept our payment offers. They did mention defaulting, but thats fine by me, I will add to the collection. So all in all a pretty good day except the huge spends at the post office !
Parents popped in to say hello with a lovely bunch of flowers for me which are gorgeous and girls had a lovely happy day at school. DD1 tried out a new dance class which was free for the first session and enjoyed that, so I am waiting for the please may I join question to come next !!! Maybe she is saving that one for after she has done the washing up !!:rotfl:
Dinner was thrown together Risotto with a bit of veg, went down a treat and DD2 has bagsied the leftovers for her lunch tomorrow.
Just waiting now for Mr Pinot to come home this evening, expecting him about 9 pm after his Mankini Clad bike ride through London in the rain ! God I hope those things arent see through when they get wet !!! :rotfl:
So thats my first day back ! I feel like the new girl again having been absent for so long !!!
Have a great evening everyone xxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
